Not sure where I could have put this, but I posted it here just to be safe.

*laughs* Someone at Stealthy Stories found this on YouTube. It's a video of where Mily asked Vic and Mike at AnimeNext to do an impromptu version of Mily, Onna, Ivey, OMG, Crittle, Arista, and myself getting lost at the NYC bus station trying to find our ride back to the hotels Saturday night.

They sure got put on the spot!!
 LOL  LOL  LOL
That was worth the time it took to download on dialup.  Happy/Smile

Makes me sad I missed a chance at meeting Mike S. at Comic Con last weekend...but then, with the crowds and all going on for the panel he was part of, might not have been the best timing anyway.

It's funny cause the being lost in the bus station was an inside thing for those of us who went to NYC Saturday night...

We REALLY got lost in the Bus Station.  So that was a request by Mily and the rest of us for them to do that scene.  Heh and I don't even know who posted the video!  Hehehe

Did anyone ever explain to him why that was suggested?  He'd probably think it was funny.

But to get them to act out that scene was plain hilarious!  And Kimnardo, I think Mike S. was at that panel none of us could have gone to.  It was for [adult swim] on Saturday around 5 or 6.  Wait!  I have my program sitting here...yup, 5:30-7:00.  You know what we were doing at that time.  Wink

One of the funniest expressions Mike gives is when he's astounded by something, such as the first look of Ivey's Mikey costume, photos of her room, and when we shower him with gifts.  If you show him pictures of our turtle costumes (especially Leo), I guarantee he'll give that look!  It's hilarious.   LOL

That's one I didn't get the chance to snap!  Don, Leo and Mike together!  Oh, I got Don and Leo, or Mike and Splinter, or Don, Mike and Splinter, but not the three turtles!  But, yeah, that's one of Mike's hilarious faces.  Sam's cracks me up, too.  And Wayne's going, "Whaaaa?"   LOL

At least you were able to be part of the lost in the bus station part and get to see it online.  Happy/Smile  So you're in on the joke.

I'm sorry you couldn't be there Sunday, I know you would of enjoyed that time with Mike after the con.  Sad/Down

Try being those of us that have never met the VAs at all. And live too far away to be able to join in the east coast fun we keep reading about.
I would say you haven't missed everything!
Anyway, it's not possible to do everything.
But at least there's pics and stories!

I know what you mean but then again, I have few friends on the East coast to go to stuff with so when it does come time for something fun (I work 2 jobs and go to college full time), I can't do it because something happens with work or school.  I'm often lucky that I get a day off to do homework.  As I said, I get to miss a lot.  But that's life for you.

I use to know what you mean there Arista...   a few times in my life I kept myself too busy... back in 1998 I had three jobs, plus was still training heavy in Karate.   Than when I started working at the factory job I was working 68 hour weeks.

It's not easy, cause ya know you're missing out on the fun things.  Though responablities do over rule that, so trying to juggle that isn't easy.   Though when you get use to living a life like that, and it sounds great having all the free time you can get...  getting that free time can be a curse, cause you got use to being needed, doing stuff, feeling like you got something done... even if it's nothing big.  I can't believe how much I miss working these days.

I hope that you don't always have to have such a tight shedual, though I hope you get out of it when you're ready to... and things go great for you!  Happy/Smile

And you know me, even if I'm just passing through the area I'll try and get some time between your tight shedual to say hi!  Wink
