So for now, everyone flames the heat!
But just wait! Half a year from now, there'll be a flame post for snow.

Now its my turn to face the heat!! WOOHOO!!! Our office is without any air flow. Actually, the entire building is that way. Sad when at least once a month, a building that's barely 3 months old has the air system break.  

So, now I'm feeling your agony right now, though I have been in your room when the air wouldn't work. :p

Actually, it's not just a "Texans can handle the heat, New Yorkers are wimps" kind of thing.  They've done medical studies, and it turns out Texans can actually sweat more than folks in the Northeast.  No joke!  Northeasterners don't sweat as much, which makes them more prone to heat injuries.

So Northeasterners aren't wimps: we just regulate our temperatures differently.

I wonder what they'd say about northern midwesterners...it must be a climactic adjustment thing. Northeast is far cooler and damper than the inland parts of Texas...though not nearly as cold as the northern midwest gets, but it's a dry, dry cold when winter hits up here.

Hehehe you know it, though at least I can sleep in my room durning the winter   Doesn't mean I like the snow all that much... need to get out of Michigan.
