Actor of the Month: Elias Koteas

Hey everyone,

The Actor of the Month is Elias Koteas:



Elias played Casey Jones for both TMNT 1 and 3, and seems to have a lot of fan girls  He did a wonderful job as Casey Jones, personally I don't think they could of found a better actor.  He did a wonderful job.

Not only did Elias play Casey Jones in TMNT 3, though he also played another character named Whit, who worked for Walker.  

Elias is still around, he looks a bit different these days though you can deff see Casey still in his face  

So feel free to talk about Elias if you liked him as Casey or not... what did you think of him as Whit?  What ever you want to say about him, feel free to post here!

Weekly activity:

Hey everyone, seeing as how the actors of the Month topic doesn't really have too much going for it.  I figured each week I could put up an activity protraying to the actor of the Month.    Something we can all take part in and have fun.

This weeks activity is, if you could only ask the actor ONE question, which question would it be and why?

I dunno what I'd ask, I've read enough interviews and whatnot that I think the majority of my questions have already been answered.    (Such as:  What was it like to kiss James Spader?    What?!  He did!)

I love Elias, as I think most people who know me know.  I of course became a fan during the first TMNT movie and the lack of Casey is one of the reasons I really don't like the second movie.  If you're a fan of his and haven't seen Almost an Angel do it, I love that movie so much!  The Prophecy is also another really good one though it's weeeeird, and then of course Crash which yeah... I'm going to say most of you guys wouldn't like that movie.  (That's the movie I referenced in my "question" up there.)

And yes, he doesn't look as young as he once did but I still think he's good looking.

I still cry when I watch "Almost an Angel" and he is a fantastic actor in that!

Last I checked they didn't even have it out on dvd and that makes me sad.  It came on tv though so I recorded it on my dvr.  *L*  I think that was in like June maybe.

I would ask Mr. Koteas if he would still be interested in any TMNT projects if he was approached with the idea.
He seems to have a pretty good acting career since movie 3, and I also wonder if he still gets Casey fanmail!
