Woah I didn't even start writing this review up... I'm bad....
Ok, we got to this convention early... like normal for most cons in Toronto. Being first in line around 7am, we camped outside the pre-reg desk. As others joined us. Eclipse and Shadow Wolf was the two TMNT-L members with me this day, Eclipse was dressed up as her favorite character from "Dragon Hunters". The wait here was long... and very very boring... we were so tired, we'd move around a little bit here and there. Though I had things I was looking forward too, one of which was the fact that Fugitoid was going to meet up with us that day so I was very happy I haven't seen him since Anime Next 2005.

Here is Eclipse in our camping zone. This is different area than where they normally hold CN con. We're in a different building even, it's in the back. I really prefer the front area where they normally hold it.

Eclipse with Jaffa Cake, down those stairs is where the convention is going to take place... um, when it starts

Eclipse in costume, I'll let her tell you about it.

*pokes Eclipse to wake up... drags her out of bed... (Yes she really is sleeping right now) and tells her to work on a review of CN con* She says she knows she does have to do a review, and that she will. Let's hold her to this.

Another picture of her in costume, Jaffa was enjoying getting his picture with her. Since he is with her right now.

As the convention opening drew closer people started to show up, this here is a picture of the people next to us in line, as a fellow member of TMNT-L joins us! Sitting there with the sketch book is non other than Lady_Phoenix20. I originally met LP at the convention back in March, in the same way she sat next to us in line and we got to talk with her

Here's Shadow Wolf, she's sitting next to LP.

Here's Eclipse sitting against the wall at the convention while waiting. She's got her sketch book in hand as well. Yes I do find myself hanging out with artist a lot

Once we finally got our tickets, Eclipse wanted to go for a walk to find a recording studio which we thought was right down the street from the convention center... though man was this a LONG walk, even with using the subways. LP joined us for the walk, showing us around a bit. Here's some pictures of some art I saw while walking around Toronto.

After they got me to stop taking pictures of every bottle I found drawn on the ground... we finally got to the VA studio... which looked more like a house. The weird thing for me was... there was people standing in the door way watching us take the pictures. Heh...

The wind had beaten me up pretty bad that day, as I remember the walk back to the convention center was very rough. I do remember stopping in a comic book store and looking around, than hitting the road again. And hating the wind. I REALLY don't like wind, almost as I hate cold... if not worse than cold. The wind of Toronto that day made my arm feel like I just was in a fight with Goku and Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z and they were both Super Sayins! I was very happy to get back to the convention center.
Next post, when I get the chance will be the beginning of the convention.
