Heh... that reminds me of the time I worked at Stone Ridge Arabians, and I parked the tractor on the hill. But being new to stick-shifts, like that tractor, I had left it in nuetral. It then rolled a few feet down the hill, into a sturdy tree. Thankgoodness for that tree, cause it would have been a little messy trying to get it out of the small ravine instead!

Hmm. to reintereate my accident-proneness, I was walking toward the exit in the warehouse last night when a rookie forklift nearly clipped me. This was in a nuetral area, where walkers anf forklifts mingle. And usually, the FL operators have an eye out for us, and us for them.
That is, unless you got some rookie starting out. In the split second I cleared the palatte on her fork lift, she started to back up. Obviously without honking first, or looking around. The guy spotting her also yapped at her to hook up (they wear these harnesses that are clipped to a strap on the lift for safety). Yes, she was also muttering nervously under her breath for being so out of wack too. Nearly backing up her business end of the lift into me, and then forgettin to hook up. Gah... why is it I'm always in the wrong place, the wrong time?

Still waiting to hear what the verdict is for my car.
