I can't seem to find it. So, I'll just do a separate thread.

My son got a new kitten a few days ago. His name is Kyo, after the Fruits Basket character. He's quite the little rascal.
See, the kitten magically appeared out of this blanket!
At first we didn't notice until it started moving, then it blinked and stared back at us. Lo and behold, a real kitten! Were we ever shocked. Not knowing what else to do in the face of such a miraculous beginning we simply accepted this kitten into the family.



Kidding. Actually, a feral mom moved her babies into the back yard of a friend of my son's, and when they were old enough, my son got to pick out the cutest, most active, saucy, and friendliest kitty in the bunch.

Truly, that looks like a Kyo kitty.
 
Just hope he doesn't have Kyo's knack for destruction, or you'll need a new door every week. And maybe have to fix the ceiling once or twice.

We did have a Yuki, a pink eyed white rat, but he died of pneumonia a few days after I bought him. Actually he was bad off with a severe upper resperatory infection and had to be put down by the vet.  

Yessir, he's a Kyo all right. He's already bapped the other cat Chakram, when they had a brief meeting. I have a feeling Kyo is going to take over the territory when he comes of age. Eeps...
I can imagine having to get a new door and ceiling, walls... he seems to want to go through them.

You know, I wanted to name him Luther, but my son was adamant about naming him Kyo. Can't imagine why...

Eee! Adorable! *is tempted to steal kitty, but simply borrows him for a few minutes * I love cats.

He is a handful, so if you want to borrow him for a few minutes, and give us a wee break... though give him back soon, as my son is rather possessive of him.  At least until the novelty wears off. LOL!
