Surely you recall an ep in the original cartoon series where Don went by this name to collect an award, or something. Now, is he uhm, secretly trying to run for state controller and they got his name wrong?

Mmmm.  Life imitating Art again I see.......scary how often that happens.

I will hope this woman has better credentials than Irma, so in this case, let's hope it's not life imitating art!
Could you imagine Irma in politics???
 
Then again, maybe Irma would do better than most of the choices we get to vote for....

I'm wondering, if she should be told... you know... about this? She  SAID she had a sense of humor...

Honestly? I hope she is a good person who if elected, does some good. Anyone with a name of Tello we'd like to hope would be good.
Maybe my previous spoof of Donatello for Governor thing is not so far fetched, after all?

She must know!  How could she not?   Hmmmm.  This gives me an idea.  No, on second thought...maybe someone has already broached the subject.....I mean, how could you have a name like that and not have been asked?

You'd be surprised... though likely she's been also compared to the sculptor/architect of the early Renaissance period. Ha!

I wouldn't know how to broach the subject in an email, without being passed off as a heckler.

If you really want to know, the primary contender against the incumbent governor is a Democrat named Phil Angelides.
So, you have a Tello and an Angelides-o running against the, you know, Governator.  
 Life is indeed strange...
