Okay, I'll prolly get in trouble for posting this in two threads, but I figured not everyone read the Hollywood one--

but the premiere is MARCH 18TH at Grauman's Chinese Theater!!!

I'm guessing that is where it'll be playing as well-- sorry, no ArcLight, but still, now we KNOW!


OOOOOOOOOO I wish I could go to the premiere!  

So, the ones going to NYC-- you should start checking those theater's websites for upcoming events etc!  At least check the coming soon!

Man wish I could go to that.

Kind of surprise it's going to be out West, since Peter Laird doesn't travel that way... does that mean Peter may miss the big opening of the movie?   Shocked

Perhaps there's a NY premiere as well-- they usually do that sort of thing!

That's why you guys heading to NYC need to check out the major theater online sites and find out where it's premiering!!

Even if we know, it's not like we can get in without an invite to something like that.   That or winning passes.. esp if we're looking at a big premier... I want to know trust me.  I really want to know where the huge one is going to be that would have the people who worked on the movie, ect.

Well, the only reason I found out was because I was trying to find out *which* theater it was going to show at.  Sometimes they list their "coming soon"--

I tried checking the AMC one for NYC, but I didn't have any luck finding out yet where it might be playing.  

OH, and I know I couldn't go to the premiere unless KROQ out here has passes-- they sometimes get some-- and THEN I'd have to be lucky enough to be the correct caller, or answer the correct question...

Geez, our movie theatre chain here isn't even showing that the movie is coming up yet.

But, at least the new Walmart that just opened had some of the movie figures.   Very Happy/Big Grin

Rene and I and hopefully BL are gonna go out to see if we can stargaze-- I know there is no way we can get into the premiere (unless BL knows tricksy ways of sneaking in????)-- but I'd LOVE to be able to say that after all theses years I've attended one of these events!

Hey everyone,

Wanted to let people know that I will be out there this weekend for the Premiere.   So if anyone wants to meet up or anything just let me know.  Happy/Smile   I'm leaving on a plane tomorrow and will arive in LA at 11:30am, I'll be leaving Sunday evening.  Hope to get to see some friends while in town!  I'm staying at the Best Western Hollywood Plaza.
