You didn't miss it. I'm thinking that they've pushed it back to March-- suddenly 4Kids is having that NinjAcadamy Awards thing, the results to be announced in March, and I'm betting that they're doing that so they can tie into the movie-- though technically they have nothing to do with it.
Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth.

They're still the same characters though, dispite obvious difference in realities. I'm sure the commercial marketers for the original movies did the same thing back in the 90s and played the ads during the original cartoon.

I got to watch this ep right before going to see the movie. Honestly, I thought the whole idea of Michelangelo coming off as a slacker was pretty pathetic. I mean when you think about it, this is the exact same lesson he learned in "Grudge Match" when he had to defeat Kluh in order to secure his title as Battle Nexus Champ!

Jephael - Exactly! I'd completely forgotten about that, though. And I KNEW in the arcade Donnie had constructed that he'd find something that would make him realize it was himself who was holding him back. I was happy to see next to NO Cody! Yay! But, a little disappointed that my VCR missed the first half minute of it, & then had the nerve to NOT tape the other new episode that was s'pose to be one of the lost ones! > Anyways, it wasn't too bad. But, I'm not totally impressed with it, like I was with the movie. The movie ROCKED! ~Lenni~

This would have been a really good episode...except that Mikey is NOT the slacker he was made out to be by Splinter. *pats Mikey on the back* Give the guy a break!! It was great seeing Mikey pass all of the tests but I mean...I KNEW he would. He has been the one to save the day in MANY, MANY episodes! Yeah he's a bit of a slacker, but not so much that it would prevent him from graduating. Again, good episode and nice lesson at the end (the whole 'stay on the path' thing)...but the idea that Mikey wouldn't have graduated cause he was 'too slack' was dumb.

Yeah, Mikey isn't a total slacker, but the episode had a point. Mikey was letting his video games distract him from his lessons. It's kinda like if I spent all my time writing fan fiction instead of doing my homework, I wouldn't do well in school. It's the same thing here. Mikey wanted to graduate with his brothers, but realized that he was holding himself back. I liked how Mikey just said that even though he passed the tests, it wasn't the same thing as working hard like his brothers. But at least he got to graduate, which was a good thing. This was another of the FF episodes that I actually liked. The best part? No dumb battle cry! Yay!

Hi I'm new This is the first Fast Foward episode that I liked and was pretty much on par with the first five 2k3 series seasons in terms of content and character development. I agree thats this episode really made Mikey out to be some kind of dim-wit slacker, more so than what he actually is I think. But I like how this episode tried to make it seem that Mikey was trying to over come that. But I do feel that plinter was a little harsh on him in saying that he was was a complete slacker. However I will say that what I lied the most about this episode is the fact that all of Mikey's brothers came to his defence when Splinter was ready to flunk him. Even Raph, which is something I didn't expect to happen since all three have them have expressed exasperation at Mikey for not pulling his weight around the way they think he should. I thought that was very sweet for of them to care about Michelangelo being left behind. Had this been set in the 2k3 series I have feeling that Leo, Raph, and Don would not have so sympathic, like they where in Grudge Match when Mikey was slacking off.
