Man, it seems like just yesterday I was living the sweet life! I had a great job, good friends and I was going to school but somehow that all came crashing down the moment I let my ego get the better of me and I started acting stupid!

Right now my parents and I have this hiring agency trying to help me find a new job but all the lady in charge has done lately is berate me about my previous behavior! I mean for the love of God, I admitted my mistakes and I'm ready to move on but she needs to learn how to leave well enough alone before I decide not to bother with her services anymore, which I probably should at this point anyway because it's time for me to be a man and take matters into my own hands! Are you paying this agency anything? If so, then they should just move on and try to help you now, rather than giving you grief over what you did in the past. You're not paying them to live in the past. But it wouldn't hurt for you to look for a job on your own, too.

If you're not paying them, I'd say let them keep looking on your behalf...but look for a job on your own as well.

It's kind of a tricky situation because the funding is from another company called OVR and my case worker has been footing the bill. In the long-run I might try and persuade him to help me find a better means of job placement!
