Yes, and let's not forget whether or not April herself enjoys being rescued. I'd like to think that she didn't.   Razz

I often wonder if April ever felt a bit stupid/idiotic for having to be rescued all the time. I know I'd feel stupid & such, if I had to be rescued all the time - unless, I was crushing on a TMNT & was doing it slightly on purpose for that reason alone.

Yeah, she has had moments that she wished she had a better plan, but you also have to consider the "Lois Lane" effect. After all, she's a reporter too, and she has the guts to carry out her assignments no matter what the danger, which usually put her in compromising situations. Lois would never let you get away with calling her stupid because Superman always came to her rescue!  I'm still trying to catch up with the comic universe, but the cartoon series 20 years ago showed the Turtles as enjoying their daily schedule of April saving. Basically, answering this question would depend on the series. They all depicted the characters in a different way. The movie was definitely an improvement!  Wink

I think april put way to much pressure on the turtles in the old cartoon.
here's a quote, i can't remember what episode it's from " I'm ok, the turtles always rescue me at the last minute.."
and in another episode raph says he reconizes April's mumbles. i think that's quite sad and it proves my point.

Donatello:No I'm not playing hard to get, this just isn't one of those phone lines.
Leonardo:At least his personality is still intact.
