I actually picked Casey. Probably because, as a few have already stated, of his background in fighting. Yes, he can be a bit of a doofus and a little annoying, but at least his heart is in the right place. In the movies he's bloody handsome (he he) and in the 4kids cartoons and the 07 movie he was god damn funny! I only ever remember seeing him once in the old cartoons, but I was like 8 or 9 at the time, so I don't really recall much except for him running up to some random bad guy (probably Rocksteady for all I knew) and smacking him with a hockey stick. Plus in the comics (even though I had never read them, only learnt of) that he had a daughter, Shadow - now I was sort of hoping that she would make an appearance in a small way - oh well, can't always go by the full script I guess.
April, it's not like I didn't like her in the old cartoons, I think the only reason why I didn't like it was because of the stupid typical 'Damsel In Destress' crap that I used to see quite a bit off in some cartoons that are for 'The Boys' to watch - what they didn't think girls would like to see action too? I hated seeing girls being weak in shows like that, probably why I never warmed to April at first in cartoons. In the Movies she was okay, but I was more interested in the Turtles to care about her. In the 4kids and the 07 movies I actually liked April. For one she wasn't a bloody news reporter wanting to get that 'Top Story' (blah!), no she was a scientist or something along those lines. Okay, for a bit she did play DID for a bit (DID - Damsel In Destress), but she turned out to be a very strong woman and I love seeing that.
Cody...oh boy...I agree with most when I say that the kid is a pain in the tookus! I actually wasn't at all fond of the FF series (I haven't even gotten the rest of the DVDs - and that's not normal for me when it comes to TMNT). Cody, yes, he may be smart, but yeesh, what the hell is with that darn robot thingy he uses to fight with? If he wants to be like Casey, put on a bloody hockey mask, break out the hockey sticks, get out of that darn penthouse thing he lives in and go and bust some god damn heads that need to be busted for frell sakes! (I suddenly have a Casey with red hair...is that normal?

Btw LenniluvsBrian if you're talking about April in the jungle of the 07 movie - it was actually in South or Central America (the accents are a dead give away).
