Here is where to find the crystals for each turtle.
LEONARDO
Act 1
1.when you are at the first split go right, then at the next split go left, then defeat all the enemies you will see a crystal at the end of the tunnel.
2.at the first split go left, then when your in the middle of the screen you can go right or left, go right, and go into the tunnel. then go up the moving steps and make your way to the top and go into the left tunnel, defeat the enemies and take the crystal
3.at the 1st split go right , second split go right again, defeat all the enemies. then you drop down and art standing again, beat all the human enemies, then mouseres will start to attack you. make sure you kill the 3 mousers that jump out of the water and the last one drops a crystal. i think that they all come out of the water to the left side of the screen.
Act 2
4.Kill all enemies in this act without missing one! ,you'll see the crystal fast enough
Act 3
5.after you defeated the mousers your back in the lab again,walk forth and kill the enemies, jump on the 2nd floor and you will see a ventilation shaft go in it kill the mousers and take the crystal
RAPHAEL
Act 1
when your at the house where Purple dragons are coming out of the house,you can climb at the sides of the house on each side is one crystal
3.when your almost at the end you walk over some sort of red bridge ,when you leave the first one and go one down there is a wall on the right side climb it and take the crystal
Act 34.drive on the first way and hit a few cones ,the crystal is hidden in one of them
5.same as the 4th one only this one is in the middle ,its right behind a jump
(jump over the ledges so you dont jump high and you can take the crystal)
DONATELLO
Act 1
1.just before you climb the pole at the end go down instead and you'll see it
2.somewhere between the houses there are a few boxes do a pole jump to get high its near a fence
Act 2
3.after you climb the pole trough the sensors do a far jump(run+A)and get to the otherside where is a box ,smash the box and take the crystal
Act 3
4+5.somewhere halfway and almost at the end there are coming 8 rockets on the screen ,if you destroy them all before they go out of screen you get a crystal
MICHAELANGELO
Act 1
1.behind a pillar at the first metro
2.between the gaps where electricity walks somewhere there is another one
Act 2
3+4. pretty easy ,there at the top of the sewer, make circel around the sewer to get them
Act 35.when you climb the way up where lava is coming down ,at the left side is the crystal
Sorry if some of these don't make sense, I copied and pasted the info from a site. If you still need help finding some crystals ask me and I will explain how to find then better. But make sure you start a game on Normal setting, then go through the acts looking for them.
