Hey everyone, I was curious what everyone has planned for Halloween.

Usually I go out in costume for parties, contests, or passing out candy.  This year I'm spending Halloween in the air port waiting to come home from Vegas.  Can't believe I won't have any costumes or anything with me.  I was hoping to be home in time for Halloween though the plan leaves around 9:30pm.

So what is everyone else doing for Halloween?  Anything exciting?  Any parties?  Trick or treating?  What costumes are you going to wear?  Post pictures of your costumes here!   Very Happy/Big Grin

Ah, we don't do anything like that here in the office (costumes & fun stuff). Well, not as a group...my desk has had Hallowe'en stuff popping up now for over a week. I may put on one of my costumes to answer to door for the trick or treaters, but that's about the extent of it.

Nothing too exciting.

Not sure what we'll be doing this year. If we were still at the old apartment, we'd likely be getting candy for kids 'cause we did have some kids pop up for tricks or treats. Nobody we knew, but we definitely had kids show up.

Now that we've moved, I dunno if there'll be anyone or not. We're probably going to get a few bags of candy, just in case, and definitely more than one 'cause we didn't expect anyone last year, and actually had to run for more 'cause we ran out. So definitely candy in case people come by.

I still have my old Zoisite costume, I usually wore that so at least one of us was dressed up when trick or treaters came by. I didn't bring it with me when we moved, but I know where it is, so I can probably dig it up at the farm and bring it out here if I feel like dressing up this year. Not sure if we will or not.

*has also considered a Jedi outfit, but isn't sure she has the time to get all of the cloaks and such she'd need in time*

If we do anything more than just hand out goodies, I'll take some pics(and find my film! I still haven't found it! Razz) and post 'em.

We like Halloween here, just not many people that we know around here. All the kids come to town(Mom 'n Dad don't get anybody at the farm anymore...used to get tons of kids when I was little, but everyone goes to town now Sad/Down) and most of the people I went to high school with are elsewhere. I only know of a couple in town, and only three of those people that I used to know even have kids.

Mostly just me 'n Earl, don't go to any parties, and definitely not to any of the bars here that have 'em, 'cause of all the brawls that go on around here. Too much drinking and carrying on. We'd rather stay home, and give out candy to the neighborhood kids. Happy/Smile

Heh, we were going to have a Halloween/LAN party at the house. Not sure if we still will or not. I really haven't had time to plan or anything for that. It woulda been cool, but oh well =p

Actually, I did quite abit last year for Halloween when I was dressed as Spider-Man!

Though this year I plan to take it easy and just watch some cornball horror flicks in the comfort of my room.

This halloween... I'm actually volunteering for Big Brothers and it's gonna be a halloween party for kids ranging from all kinds of ages. I will be dressed up for this, I've got half of a fairy costume to work with, I just need to make a top part and buy some other things but I'm really excited for it! Very Happy/Big Grin

I don't have anything special planned for this year.  We rarely do anything usually, especially since I live in an aprtment.  Trick or Treaters don't go around the apartments hardly.  The most hubby and I do is maybe watch some scary movies.  Sometimes I will dress up at work too, if I have a good costume idea.  But not this year (due to certain reasons... heh).

I have always loved Halloween but lately it's just been... I don't know, boring.  Last year I didn't even dress up.  This year I'm thinking of pairing my bunny suit with my Willy Wonka (new movie) coat and hat for an Alice and Wonderland March Hair kind of look but I'll just pass out candy or go to the aquarium's Halloween thing with my family.

The last Halloween I remember having a lot of fun on was two years ago.  I dressed as the main character from Silent Hill 3 and my best friend dressed as the main character from Silent Hill 2, and we (plus my boyfriend who was SUPPOSED to dress as the main character fom the first Silent Hill but bailed) went on a ghost walk in Charleston.  Afterwards my best friend spent the night at our apartment and we just generally geeked out like we do.  We'll end up at least doing the spending the night geeking this year, which is better than nothing.

And thankfully I can still dress up once a year for Animazement so at least it isn't a total bust.

This all hallows eve I have a plethura of options...

1) I'll be working! yeay... Rolling Eyes
2) Going to a party with a bunch of friends dressed as a gypsie or something (ie tossing on a bunch a mismatched clothing and costume jewlery because im cheep)
3) Sleeping...and eating the candy that was supposed to go to kids, but didn't make it that far because the runts never showed up.
4) Planing for my birthday party which is becoming a large afair involving two locations and fire
5) rushing out to pay rent
6) some combination of the above

ah the wonderful life of an undead goddess....shoot me please
