Well they all are not far apart from each other.
But if you had to say??
I'd say Raph and Leo.

Leo and Raph usually argues, but they can't be far apart.you did saw Raph go back to rescue Leo.that's what I like about Raph,he has a temper, but still has a heart for his family.

I'd vote for Raph and Don as the furthest apart in their overall viewpoints. This was exemplified in the movie when Raph and Don have their fear discussion. Not that Don is a pacifist, but he's the least inclined to wanting to resort to violence. This is also typified in his weapon choice of a bo. Yes, a bo is still as deadly as any weapon or even bare hands, but it was a weapon often used by monks. The avoidance of a sharp edged weapon that could draw blood. Don would really rather make things, and use his fighting skills only when he has to. Raph is classically the vigilante. Use force as needed, use fear. Raph likes to get up close and personal in his fights. And Raph does kind of go cruising for trouble. I loved that short bit from the new toon when they had the "Don makes things and Raph breaks them". It doesn't mean they can't work together, or that they hate each other. After all, when it comes to working on machines, especially if they have wheels and speed is involved, then the two can collaborate very well. It's an area of skill and interest they have an overlap.

Hmm you have got a point, Don is the least violent and Raph is the most violent making them opposite to each other in some kind of way.

i agree with you, Raph and Don are probably the furthest apart. i mean, Don's quite close to mikey and probably leo, but not really raph. and raph's quite close to leo and mikey. so...

I don't think Raph is close to Leo. Though he does think of him inside. But they always have major fights, and those ones aren't the joke ones where you just push and shove, they both have a tantrum!! Lolz.

true... but there is a strong bond between them. i mena they are similar in ways, like they both like to train but for different reasons.

Yeah, Raph trains so that he can get revenge on others that have threatened his family, and Leo does it to protect his brothers and sometimes to get favored by Master Splinter though Master Splinter knows it.

I think question could vary from each area of TMNT. I do have to agree to a point though about it being Don and Raph being apart from each other. When they do try to make contact on a level of being there for each other it doesn't seem to work. Like Don trying to comfort Raph in the first movie, Raph hits him. And Don thinks Raph likes his temper and taking off like that, he doesn't realize how much it tears Raph up inside that he can't control this temper. Another good example of Don not understanding Raph is in TMNT 2007, Don and Raph's little fight at the beginning, than asking Splinter why he doesn't send Raph away for training.
If you look at the team ups through the shows, Don and Raph don't get put together very often. You do get to see a little bit of them together, like in the episode "Touch & Go" on 4Kids, they play video games together. Though more often you see a Mike & Don team up, and a Leo & Raph team up. You also see Leo & Don team ups and Leo & Mike team ups. Out of the Turtles, Mike connects to each of his brothers because of his light heart it helps keep the others grounded. Leo has to connect to each of his brothers to understand his area as the leader. But Raph & Don have their own respectable areas in the team which doesn't require connecting to often with each other.
So I personally feel it would be Raph and Don which don't connect all the time. Though they're still brothers and care for each other, it'd just be easies for them to split up from each other if anything happens to Mike and Leo.

It's really hard to tell, because i just keep thinking about Leo and Raph, they had a major fight in the movie i don't know about Raph and Don, they seem to hardly ever argue in 4kids TMNT series, unless i haven't seen them, i guess this topic really depends on which cartoon/movie you are referring to.

Leo only fights with Raph because he cares a lot about Raph. It's his way of showing Raph how much he cares for him. Though they fight, they always make up. Leo is always watching out for Raph, if Raph notices it or not.
