Mirage Volume 4: Issue 22 *Spoiler*

Issue 22 is a very interesting issue, as it is the first TMNT issue to not have any of the Turtles in it at all.  So of course I figured this issue deserves a topic.  I'd love to hear how others feel about it and about the information reveiled in the comic.

I found it really interesting... at first when the comic came out I wasn't too concern about April's part of the story, though the more the comic was coming out the more it started to catch my attention.  Esp after I learned that Robin and her don't have matching DNA... I really did not know what to except next, I have to amit what we learned was really a big surprise.

I found it rather surprising through out the issue she's going around as a roach... and doing all that other stuff.  She perfer not to think about at all... though for her to have to suffer having the memory of doing that.  I think if I was a bug, I would of avoided the others a lot more than that.  I wouldn't have lived the way a roach would.... ehhh  wasn't excepting to hear that.

I also think they did a wonderful just they connected this story line so well with the Donatello Mirco series.  And how the crystal got down into the basement for Kirby to find it.   That was great, though I have to amit it's a little weird to think that all these baby April's were around... does that mean that the land that Kirby is in, has a bunch of Aprils?   The story line that could come up from that would be weird!

I think it's cool that she picked up as a fighter as Nobody... I'm wondering how things are going to go from there.  I can't wait to see Peter's next Move in the comic with April and with where the Turtles are going.

(And if 23 is out yet, I haven't had the chance to pick it up so I'm still at 23.  I ask that no spoilers for issue 23 and up be put into this topic, thanks .)

I still have reservations about what Peter Laird is doing with April... and what he's doing with Raphael... but I have faith everything will be OK in the end.

Not the greatest issue in a while, but certainly not bad.

I have to amit, this April thing is a bit weird.  It's nice to see a back ground story on her, though now I kind of wonder about Casey... let's see Baxter turns Robot from being human... April finds out she was never really born... just drawn.....  so what's Casey's back ground?  Is he at least the only human in the group... or are they going to mess him up too?  

The Raphael story line I'm ok with, as long as he's turn back normal in the end.   I don't wanna see him stuck like that.  And did anyone else notice that there's a toy of Donatello due to come out, that looks what Raphael has become in the comics... does this mean, that we're to except something like this in the new series?
