Anyone thinking about going to Youmacon and want the cheapest pre reg cost, that cost will be up at the end of this month.  So register soon, if you're looking at getting in at the cheapest rate!!

Hey everyone,

I'm REALLY excited about this years Youmacon, it sounds like so many friends are coming and there are so many surprises that lay in the way for everyone.  I highly recommend this convention to no end, it's a great con and a lot of wonderful people will be there.  

What we do need to figure out though is hotels, I know that PG, Crittle, Fae and I are looking at rooming together even got a room.   SW is going to let Eclipse and Iruka stay at her house, but I know there are others still looking for a place to stay.  Would someone else be up for booking a hotel room that can be shared I know SW, Iruka and Eclipse would more than likely be willing to help with hotel cost if there's a 4th person involved.  

Anyone else looking to go to this convention?   Anyone got any questions or want to discuss this?  It's coming up in a few months and seems to be the last big meet up for the year 2007 with members from TMNT-L!

Hey everyone just added Quinton Flynn to the guest list for Youmacon!

Though you didn't get to hear his name on the big screen he was the original voice actor who voiced for Casey Jones in the TMNT movie.  He got replaced after he already did all of his lines.  So his name is even in the credits of the movie and did have a part in it.

Any anime fans out there?  Well this con also now has both Vash and Wolfwood from Trigun!  Looking to be a Great event!

Heeeeey, guess who? That's right, I'm officially reg. AND have just now bought my plane tickets! For Ivey's info, here's the dates and times! November 1st I'll be arriving at 10:56am, and November 6th I'll need to leave at 931pm! As for that other bit of info.....squeeeeeeeee I'm SO HAPPY to hear that!!!! (If you know me, you'll know what I'm talking about My signature should give it away lol ) YOUMACON, HERE I COME! Besides, I miss Ivey and Fae!  Can't wait to see you guys again!

Suprisingly enough, there's less than a $4 difference between flying to Windsor and flying to Detroit...

$578.77 to Windsor
$582.09 to Detroit.

Betcha a flight from Windsor to Detroit would cost more than $4 though.

Really don't let a bad experience at the border stop you. I had a big scare once where I thought they seriously were not going to let me board the plane to get back into the US. Thankfully I had Zip with me to verify who I was and after a bit, the guy let me go through. But man *Clutches heart* even after that I'd be willing to go again

There's going to be a TMNT panel, Q&A with Mike and Wayne!    This will be the first time Youmacon has a "TMNT" panel.  Closes thing we had to it last year was the Q&A with Matt Hill, though it wasn't titled TMNT

Hey everyone, got some more news.  One of the Dealers coming to Youmacon is Art-Toons.  If you haven't heard of them before, and you're a fan of the original cartoon series and you love animation cels than you'll LOVE to meet Art-Toons!  The people who run this booth is very awesome!  I've had the honor of knowing them for 11 years now... (wow Leo can you believe it's been 11 years since you introduced them to me?!)

If you're coming to Youmacon be sure to check out their booth in the dealer room!!!

Just a few things I figured I'd mention

Both I would most definitely agree on.  The Franklin Cider Mill has the BEST cider I've ever tasted and their donuts were sooooo friggin' good.  I was majorly spoiled at that place.  Not to mention the atmosphere is very laid-back, quiet, and woodsy!  And the Detroit Zoo, though freezing outside, was such a blast!  The TMNT display was awesome, but I took a lot of other great photos as well.  It was a very good trip, glad I got to experience it.
