Many will tell you that it is not possible, Phoenix. But they would be wrong.

Seriously, after the kafuffle at the border last time, I don't know if I should even be thinking about returning any time soon!

Awwww... don't let one bad trip over the boarder, stop ya from visiting anymore.  Even if those working at the boarder don't know, many here in the US love spending time with ya bro!   Very Happy

Really don't let a bad experience at the border stop you. I had a big scare once where I thought they seriously were not going to let me board the plane to get back into the US. Thankfully I had Zip with me to verify who I was and after a bit, the guy let me go through. But man *Clutches heart* even after that I'd be willing to go again Happy/Smile

So come on Raph! Come! Join us!

There's going to be a TMNT panel, Q&A with Mike and Wayne!   Happy/Smile  This will be the first time Youmacon has a "TMNT" panel.  Closes thing we had to it last year was the Q&A with Matt Hill, though it wasn't titled TMNT Wink

Sorry you can't make it Kaz, though have a good weekend in NYC!!!!

Hey everyone, got some more news.  One of the Dealers coming to Youmacon is Art-Toons.  If you haven't heard of them before, and you're a fan of the original cartoon series and you love animation cels than you'll LOVE to meet Art-Toons!  The people who run this booth is very awesome!  I've had the honor of knowing them for 11 years now... (wow Leo can you believe it's been 11 years since you introduced them to me?!)

If you're coming to Youmacon be sure to check out their booth in the dealer room!!!

Hey everyone,

To anyone who is coming to this event I do have one place in Michigan that I Highly recommend.  The Franklin Cider Mill.  So on Monday after the event I'd like to go there with those that are staying at my house, if anyone else is coming and willing to stay till Monday, than you're welcome to join us!

Anothing thing I recommend to anyone who comes in before the event as in Halloween or earlier is a trip to the Detroit Zoo, they have an event called Zoo Boo and I wouldn't be surprised if they have a Ninja Turtle display like they did last year. Happy/Smile

Just a few things I figured I'd mention Happy/Smile

Thankful we're finally getting season-appropriate weather in NYC. Yeah, global warming is a big ol' myth.

Both I would most definitely agree on.  The Franklin Cider Mill has the BEST cider I've ever tasted and their donuts were sooooo friggin' good.  I was majorly spoiled at that place.  Not to mention the atmosphere is very laid-back, quiet, and woodsy!  And the Detroit Zoo, though freezing outside, was such a blast!  The TMNT display was awesome, but I took a lot of other great photos as well.  It was a very good trip, glad I got to experience it.  Wink
