Hiya, just figured I'd put this one up since I already know a handful of us go to this convention every year.   The dates and prices will be added when they're posted.

If you want to do something else with this trip, like go into NYC or go to a play please do discuss here and we'll work things out.  Please do note if ya want me involved in any outside of convention activies, I don't do any during convention days so it will have to be planned for another day, I enjoy being at the conventions that I pay to be at, for all the days I paid for.

Wow... I checked the site, and Holiday Inn has already sold out. That might be some kind of record or something.

Okay, as in the last two years I've done this, barring any unforeseen circumstances between now and then, I'll need to have some people to room with. If that's okay. It's just way expensive to go it alone. And this time I am determined to tour NYC properly. So I'll be coming in on that Wednesday the 18th. Ivey, if you'll be in the city by that time, I'd love to go around with you.

I believe I'll get a room at Hyatt Place, formly Amerisuites. What's going to happen is this: Since I'm coming in a day earlier and going out a day later, that Monday instead of Sunday because I want to attend the closing cermonies and hang out after the con a while, I only ask of those who stay with me to pay your share the days you come to attend the con, like if you come in on that Thursday, or even Friday and leave Sunday. The other days, Wednesday and Sunday, are all on me, but you are more than welcome to stay until Monday if you need to or if you want to come in on Wednesday too, that's fine. Just those actual days of the con need to be paid for.

Sometime in January, perhaps the middle of the month, I will want to make reservations. If you think you know for sure you'll be coming, and you need a room, please give a response between now and then. It will be very much appreciated.

Actually from the email I received from AN (which for some reason they didn't update the site unless IE isn't refreshing anything for me) Hyatt is booked, and Holiday extended the number of blocks for the con.  It wouldn't surprise me if they were booked again.

I'd offer for u to stay with me LM but I already got 5 people with me (not including my son, it's still unknown if he's coming this year or not)

yeah I know, like I said they didn't update the site, but thought I'd let you know Happy/Smile  I just checked it again it's still not updated
