TMNT-L RPG Thread!

Rule:
1. No controlling other people's characters
2. If you do not have a character you can not post in this thread, all post from members who do not have a character will be deleted by the Mods.
3. Keep to rules of TMNT-L. If those rules are found broken (romances going to far in a forum RP or swearing) the RP will be edited and locked.
4. Please keep all post in character, and if you are to make any out of character comments please use (  ) to identify that.    

If anyone else can think of another rule that should be applied let us know and we'll add it in.

If you do not have a character and wish to join in the RP please go to the Pick your Characters topic and apply there.  You can join the RP, once your nick is added to the character list.

Setting:
4Kids TMNT Series - Season 1 to 4 has happened (Since not everyone has seen the Lost Season and not everyone is into Fast Forward).

Plot:  All plots are to be come up by the members with characters.   First Character to post a reply, can set the mood for the RP.  A good way to start it is like the beginning of a fan fic from your characters POV only!  Others can work off of the first post from there on out.

If any rules are broken, your character can be removed from you and you will not be allowed to stay in the RP.

Please if you are a character in this RP, Mark to watch this thread so that you get emails letting you know when people post here.  This way people won't forget about it easy and make the RP get stuck at a pause.

The RP starts after a character enters the first reply here.

Angel:

My eyes snapped open when I heard my grandma calling for me to get up. Today was my birthday, and I was gonna have a party with the Turtles after school. I didn't want to go to school on my birthday, but I knew if I didn't, Grandma would get mad at me. So, I got up and got ready for another boring day of school. As I did, I wondered what the guys got me for presents. I really hoped that Mikey wouldn't do some prank thing and get me fake vomit or something like that. He had done that last year, but was sorry after he saw how mad I was.

I headed downstairs and into the kitchen. Grandma was frying eggs in a pan.

"How's my birthday girl?" Grandma asked me.

"Good," I replied. "This looks like a good breakfast."

"Well, be sure you eat it all," Grandma told me. "You need food in your stomach before you go to school."

"I wish I didn't have to go to school," I said. "I should have the day off."

"I know, but just go and get it over with," Grandma advised me. "After that, you're going to a party with your friends, right?"

"Yeah, I am," I said. "You wanna come?" Grandma had never met the Turtles yet, so I thought it would be a good idea to bring her over. I had already discussed it with Leo and Splinter, and they thought it was a good idea.

"Sure," Grandma said. "I'd love to meet your friends."

"I have to warn you that they aren't normal," I told her.

"What do you mean, Angel?" Grandma asked me.

"I mean that they aren't human like us," I answered.

"Oh, I see," Grandma said. "Well, I"m not one to judge anyone by appearances. I would love to meet your friends. Are they aliens?"

I laughed. "No, they're mutants," I told her. "But they're really cool."

"Well, alright," Grandma said. "I'd love to come."

"Great," I said happily. "I'll let them know you're coming. They approve of it, but I think it would be a good idea to let them know that you've accepted the invitation."

"Alright, Angel," Grandma said. "Now, hurry up and eat so you won't be late."

I sighed but did as she said. Then I gave her a kiss and told her I'd be back after school to take her to the Lair.


Karai:

I sat in my office trying to concentrate on the paperwork in front of me, but it was not working. Why couldn't I concentrate? My thoughts were constantly dwelling on Leonardo and his brothers. They had to be destroyed at any costs. They needed to know what it was like to deal with the Shredder's daughter. Abadoning my paperwork, I decided to come up with a plan that would surely work. The Turtles would never see it coming. This time they would pay.

(Wow, someone has finally posted. I was afraid this topic was dead. I want to point out that this takes place in the daytime still, so the Turtles wouldn't be playing Ninja Tag on the rooftops. Just thought I'd let you know).

Angel:

As soon as the bell rang, I jumped out of my seat and headed out the door. I hurried home to pick up Grandma and head to the Lair. Grandma seemed really nervous.

"Are you sure your friends will like me?" she asked me.

"Yeah, they'll love you," I reassured her. "Just don't scream when you see them."

Grandma laughed. "I won't," she promised.

Angel:

I was so surprised when I came into the Lair and saw it decorated just for me. A sign read, "Happy Birthday Angel" in purple letters. I was very happy to see the guys and Splinter. I couldn't wait to open my presents.

"Uh, guys, I'd like you to meet my grandma," I said. "Grandma, these are my friends."

Grandma smiled warmly. "It's nice to finally meet you," she said. "Angel has told me so much about you and how good you've been to her."
