Usually, I work on fan fiction, watch TV, or listen to music to relieve my stress. Sometimes I'll vent about it in a journal to help me with my feelings. It usually works.

You don't want to know how I handle stress, becuase it's loud, scary and destructive.  In fact I'm dealing with stress right now.  I won't say how I'm dealing with it.  Usually when I'm not being ripped off my someone who calls himself my best friend, I workout my stresses.  But I tend to over workout with higher weights and over work each rep in reaction to me being ANGRY.

While working out can be a healthy way to deal with stress, you don't want to overwork yourself like that. That might cause you to get sick.

Usually I tend to rant about my stress to someone else, be it my husband, a close friend, or for work stress a fellow co-worker who has understanding of the same stress because they've been through it too (the joys of customers when working in retail lol)...it depends on the situation. It always feels good to get stuff off your chest though, for me anyway.

Also music definitely helps me out alot too, be it listening to hard rock to help get my rage out, or something more relaxing in an attempt to help bring me down a few levels. Or watching a cartoon I enjoy that makes me laugh/smile alot too! Wink

I'm the same as haz. Music is the first thing is use to relieve stress. But if music doesn't help, I'll try watching a TV/movie or playing a video game. Anything to distract my mind from what is bothering me.
