Usually I tend to rant about my stress to someone else, be it my husband, a close friend, or for work stress a fellow co-worker who has understanding of the same stress because they've been through it too (the joys of customers when working in retail lol)...it depends on the situation. It always feels good to get stuff off your chest though, for me anyway.
Also music definitely helps me out alot too, be it listening to hard rock to help get my rage out, or something more relaxing in an attempt to help bring me down a few levels. Or watching a cartoon I enjoy that makes me laugh/smile alot too!
