Hey everyone!   Just found this tidbit of info online.   At "That's Entertainment" they're going to be having a comic signing day.

I just found out today, I think it was today at least, that I have a relative that lives in Ma. Haven't been able to have contact with her in a few years, long story!

I don't think she'd appreciate me just calling her and saying, hey I know we haven't talked in forever but can I crash at your place for this event? Then again she just might want to go. I'll have to get in a good talk with her and find out what her interest and stuff are.

In short I can't go.

While I would love to just hop over there, with the cost of gas and time it would take, I don't I'll make it there from the west coast in time.

Actually, I think it's cool that the Mirage bunch is participating in that. Most stores will just have the free comics and no guests, of course.
I might try to just get to my local shop today, I think I have a TMNT Tales and Usagi to pick up too.

Of course...that's if your store participates, which our local one did not this year.....

So it was No Free Comics Day here.

(There's a price per "free book" to the public the store has to pay, and ours doesn't get enough business from it....)

But I did get caught up on the last 2 Tales and 2 Usagi issues I needed to pick up.
