Well, I still can't go, but I did have a crazy dream about it. Only about five costume-willing people showed up, so we each dressed as a different Turtle. For some reason I got to be Venus. They gave me a big fan called kunoichi. I tried to pose with it but it was big and wobbly. Then we had some crazy movie-immersion thing. The fan turned into a kind of bicycle and I rode it through holographic New York traffic. Then I guess I woke up. It was weird.
