CRTAP!!

I'm going to have to get a new keyboard. Why^?

Yesterday, my hubby was checking something in the back of my computer and before I could move it, he knocked over my drink and it went into my keyboard. Now,  I'm having amusement on top of angry with it. Here's the problems I've come across:
R is now RT
6 is now 6j/
x can make the browser go full screen
j is now 6j
: is now : then backspace
/ is now 6/
"Home" is now "Home" and "End" keys
"End" does the same thing.
"Delete" is also "Page Up"
Up arrow is also Down arrow
Left arrow is also "right arrow".

This doesn't include the number pad or the function keys. It is also getting worse by the minute. Oy. And I really liked this keyboard too! 

Though I have provided Raph some amusement out of "crtap". *smirk*

Now you have a keyboard that you can use like an April Fool's joke on someone!!

Well, at the very, very least, there aren't any embarrassing typos cropping up as a result... And if so, you can always blame the keyboard.

He did this to your keyboard?  Oh man, he should be the one to replace it, since he knocked over the drink!  I know if I did something like that, even if by mistake the right thing to do would be to replace it.

Its ok. I just won't be able to have my nice $60 keyboard anymore.... I'll have to go with the older but cheaper version of it. As long as it is ergonomic, my hands will be ok. 

And yeah, I thought he was gonna replace it. But instead he just looked at me and said told me I can go tomorrow to get one. He may end up paying for it after all. *holds up his bankcard* Never cross a woman who has access to your money.

Well, after having gone out AFTER work and buying a new keyboard (mind you a much crappier one than I have... guess what's working tonight......

It just suddenly decided, yeah, I'll work for ya. Every key is working the way it is suppose to. I checked it this morning before leaving and it was not working properly. So, either I have keyboard gremlins who one day break the keyboard while I'm gone, and keyboard gnomes who then fix it the next day... or I just have weird luck. Oy.

Even the "m" key is working like it is suppose to!!! Those that know me, know that sometimes the "m" key doesn't work. Mikey has even seen me hit the "m" key while typing and it not appear on the screen. Now it's working just fine too.

This reminds me that I need a new keyboard, too. And preferably something to clean my keyboard every week.
