Wow we're down to the last 3 for American Idol!   Which 2 do you think should make it to the top American Idol?

I for one am glad this is almost done... I don't think I'll be taking too much of part in this anymore unless someone I know makes it into the show.  This series is not an easy one to be a loyal fan to Wink

Sheez.
This week was  SleepSleepSleep city. David A. was predictable, Syesha was lackluster, and even David C. sounded kind of tired to me, though he was by far the best out of them. I'm sure this has been pretty hard on them, but they demand much of them, to see if they can handle the rigors of superstardom, I s'pose.

Wow, I don't agree Brin...

Though to each their own.  She did just pick up her stuff, but at the same time I felt the guys were much stronger.

Both of the guys have strong voices, have been called the ones to beat by the Judges, their songs have just blown people away on more than one count.  So I think the right two people from the top three are there. 

I miss Carly I thought she should of been in the top three.  Even Brooke could of been up there, but I didn't feel that Syesha belonged up there.  My family and friends are split here on who we are voting fro with the two guys.  My mom and I are David A. fans and my Sister and Duc are for David C.

With the two left, I'm defininitely going to be watching next weeks American Idol (I missed this weeks) And I might actually vote. Guess I should vote at least once in the season. Nothing like waiting until the last minute Wink

Yeah, I guess so...

I just considered her like a Broadway-style singer with much star quality and spunk, that's why I kept voting for her.  I'm not upset that we disagree, I'm upset about what some guy said on a radio show this morning about the elimination:  "Welcome to White American Idol."   So, does that mean it's turned into a racist show?  That ticked me off big time.  Mad

Okay, so, all the pointless racial stuff aside... Syesha still doesn't have quite the talent that say, Fantasia or Reuben had, she isn't original enough just yet. I think she has a great deal of potential and I hope she gets into Broadway type musicals. I voted for David Cook. Happy/Smile I hope he wins it, because I think he's the most talented. and yeah, I'm still disappointed Carly was voted off so soon.

Here's how it should go down.

Syesha should become a Broadway actress and have lots of awesome roles. David A. should win the show, and sing the happy poppy songs that the producers will give him. That will free up David C. to write and record his own rock songs without all the stupid contractual obligations. They will all be rich and happy. The End.

Well of course I wish the best for everyone, and everyone in the top 3 and even lucky enough in the top 5 or more will get their dreams to come true. 

Though this is my last year being an Idol fan, I can respect all the people who vote every week now and all the hard work it is to be part of this fandom.  I nod to everyone who votes every year and keeps up all the way through the seasons.  My hat goes off to them.
