Thanks Rich! I'm going to try and make up some TMNT-L Flyers to put on the table. Anyone else who wants can help with flyer designs as well, we have less than a week, I'd perfer to try and have it done by Wednesday so I can print some up before going. Anyone else who wants to help with printing just let us know. Now... I wanted to let everyone know that the shedual is up at Anime Vegas, for those who haven't got there yet. Here is the link. http://www.animevegas.com/AnimeVegasEventsSchedule.pdfHere's the event rooms I'm going to be in durning each day so people know where to find me. This convention is going to be keeping me busy with panels!!!! And I'm going insane that there's two times where I wish I could devide myself into two. To keep this short, I'm just going to say the panel room I'm going to be in at what time. Check out the link for the Schedule to find out why I'll be there. Friday: 10am: Trying to get Autographs. 11am: Panel Room 1 12pm: Panel Room 2 1pm: Panel Room 1 2pm: Panel Room 2 3pm: Panel Room 2 4pm: Panel Room 2 5pm: Trying to get Autographs (Wow a full day and only got room to try for autographs two times... ) Saturday: 10am: Panel Room 2 11am: Trying to get Autographs 12pm: Trying to get Autographs 1pm: Panel Room 2 2pm: Theatre 3pm: Theatre 4pm: Trying to get Autographs 5pm: Trying to get Autographs Sunday: 10am: Trying to get Autographs 11am: Trying to get Autographs 12pm: Panel Room 2 1pm: Panel Room 2 2pm: Trying to get Autographs 3pm: Trying to get Autographs I gotta give it to ya Rich, this convention is going to have me running crazy... most cons only gives me two panels a day and that is enough to keep me running wild. Hehehehe So this should be interesting. I'm missing two panels I'd love to go too because they are at the same time as some that have the VAs I'm there to see... I'd love to go to "Voice Acting Tryouts" and "Fruits Baskets, Case close and Kodocha" panels. I can't wait! Looks like it's being set up as a very cool weekend all around!!!!!!!

Hey everyone
Coming up with stuff for the Party Saturday night and I was wondering if anyone would like some games to be played that night as well? Anyone have the new TMNT Card game they'd be willing to bring and share? I'm thinking about bringing some of the old games from the parties I use to do. Spin the Sai and Hot Pizza. I'm also thinking about bringing a few prizes. Nothing Huge, for I can't afford to go out and buy things as prizes. Though I was just thinking of something we could do to add some fun to the party.
What do you all think? I'm going to see if I can dig up my TMNT started set... for the RPG. Anyone else in on this?

Ok this is for those who don't know where the hotel that Fae, Brin, Zip, Crittle and I are staying at... and where the party is going to be... Here is a map that'll have from the convention center to our hotel.. The hotel is North of the convention Center, it's Best Western and is only 0.1 miles away (196 yards). If Driving that'd be less than one minute of a drive. Anyone going that does not have my cell phone number please contact me by PM. I want to make sure everyone coming is able to meet up for this event. Sunday Night DinnerAfter the convention on Sunday night we were talking about getting together for dinner... and I don't think there's any better place to go than to The Mirage for something to eat. Though we got some choices please let us know which place sounds best to you. Restaurants: The Mirage has the following dining options: Mikado, Samba Brazilian Steakhouse, Onda, Caribe Café, Cravings, California Pizza Kitchen (I heard some bad reviews on this place), Coconuts Ice Cream Shop (Doesn't sound like dinner to me ), Roasted Bean, Paradise Café, The Noodle Kitchen, Carnegie Deli and a variety of bars and lounges. I want everyone to have a say in this, though I personally think it kind of funny to have a group of TMNT Fans hanging out at Mirage eatting Japanese food *G* So I like the sound of Mikado. What's on everyone else's mind?

The place i like the sounds of is Mikado first then the Noodle Palace after wards. So there's my vote!
As for games, i love that idea! Even though they were arranged as games for kids at parties i think that would be a lot of fun! And RPG? Heh, you know me, i'm all into that! LOL

If we go with Mikado I'll like to be able to call and make revs, so we can get one of those differnet type tables. I'm thinking either 7 or 8pm, so it's after the convention and we have time to clean up and get there. What's everyone else think?

Sorry I can't come to the dinner after all, my plane will be leaving at 4 so I gotta bail around 1 or so. Anyway, not to change the subject but I bought my snacks! Fruit Roll Ups, rice cakes, rice crispie treats, ramen noodles of course and other such goodies....and 3 12 packs of Mountian Dew!! Now my boyfriend said I should be careful cuz it could explode on the plane...is that true? Cuz if it is, I'm defiantely not bringing it all....just what I need...all my clothes covered in Mountian Dew lol

So you want a good, small, quaint, Japanese Restaurant (with good food) and is clean too! I suggest Ichiza on Spring Mountain and Arville. Very good and not so expensive. Try the broiled Squid, it is great. Heck I will even go if I can get out of the convention in time.

Oh, we're looking at the Mirage for the eating place on Sunday, because it's named Mirage. It could be a fun joke, since Ninja Turtles are made by Mirage Studios I don't know about the pop Crittle... I was planning to look into popl and such once in Vegas to save on luggage.

I'm only gonna bring about 10 or 15 sodas in a plastic bag...if we need more I'll get some heh. So...all packed up, and leaving tomorrow...and scared outta my brains lol. I've never traveled so far alone before, and I'm pretty clueless to uh...airport rules heh. Watch me pull out a nail file and get busted or something ;-; Anyway, I'll be the Nightmare Before Christmas themed girl with really short brown hair, wandering around looking clueless and very scared lol. See ya all tomorrow!! ....Gawd I'm shaking a little now just thinking about it, I'm gonna be a wreck tomorrow....

Im so jealous that you guys get to go...im green with envy! ...anywho Monica Real and the black power ranger are actualy very cool people so if you get a chance to talk to them do it. Monica is a blast and totaly funny, dont be suprised if the VA for Son Goku shows up too because the two of them are ALWAYS hanging out together.. all three of these AVs were at Anime Boston... so if you talk to monica tell her Duo from the info desk says hi! So0o0o0o....I had to leave a day earlier then everyone else, sadly...and I didn't write last night cuz maaaan was I TIRED!! BUT! Now that I'm back....HOW DID EVERYONE LIKE ANIME VEGAS?!?! It was THE BEST con I've EVER been to in my 3 years of con going hehe. I almost cried when I had to leave, cuz I didn't want it to ever end! I've never felt so close to all the voice actors before...it was like after the first day, they remembered our little gang and were always happy to see us, talk to us and hang out with us, like we were their close personal friends...and I had never before experienced that...it was an awesome feeling!!! And I have to admit...I'm gonna get a little bit fan girlish here...that even though I REALLY enjoyed meeting the other VA's, I never thought I'd see, talk to or hang out with Mike Sinterniklaas SO MUCH in my life! I only met him once before at Katsucon this past Feb. and I only got to be at one of his panels, and snagged a sig. from him before he had to rush off to another panel...but at that time I had no clue where he was going or if he was gonna be around again or anything...so I never saw him again after that and I didn't get to see him at Anime Next cuz he couldn't come for...some reason *cough*. I thought it would always be that way...see him for a few mintues every few months...but this turned out SO MUCH BETTER then that!! ...and I'm very proud of myself and the fact that I kept my cool and didn't get all squeely or cry or pass our or anything heh...while he was around anyway...I did blush a few times though....and I spaced out alot trying to comprehend the fact that I had just talked to him over and over again every time I met him, after he left heh. In other news, yes I loved meeting Mike but the other VA's kicked shell too!! I really loved Wayne and Sam and the other TMNT cast, they're so great together! And Vic's a real sweety and Greg was AWESOME (I still can't get over how AWESOME his hair was!! Leopard spots AND hot pink!! lol)and Jonny stripping....oh geez lol! XD Besides enjoyng the VA's, I learned so much more about voice acting and directing and the recording process...some of you may have thought that was boring sometimes, but I was really interested in it because it's something I'd love to do...I wanna get into an area of cartoon production, though I'm not certian yet which area would be best for me. Voice acting seems like a really fun job, but I'm kinda shy so I don't think I'd be could for the acting thing...plus it seems like everyone wants to be a voice actor so....maybe I could try for recording/editing, or advertising stuff, stuff like that....I dunno, I'll have to look more into it. I wish I could pull Mike or Wayne or one of the guys aside and talk to them one on one about that kinda stuff. Maybe, sometime. I know they're busy. Anyway, here I am rambling heh...I wanna thank RICH for putting this together, it was the awesomest con I've been to in my life!!! And much thanks to Ivey, Fae, and Brin for inviting me to tag along and being such awesome friends to me, I love you guys! I've never gotten to feel so close to people I had barely known just within 4 days...I'll miss you guys! Brin send me those pics of me and Mike, ok?! XD OK I'll stop rambling now...if you wanna know more about the trip thru my eyes, check out my lj! user name: ebonystarfire. Am I a Turtle? You bet your sweet shell I am!!! I love you all!! ~Crittle~ ^-^ Ok, here's an edit after looking over my post...I did post correctly on the you bet you're sweet you know what I am...and I guess you guys' editing changed it to shell lol...I OWE NO ONE DRINKS DARN IT!!! XD Just letting you know! hehe....

I am glad you enjoyed it. I am still recovering from lack of sleep, but things look good for next year, Halloween Weekend. I guess I just need to ask John Campbell to come and it will be complete. I am glad I got to meet everyone too, even if it was brief (as you see me running from one side of the convention to another). Plan for next year as I am just posting changes to the site now.

Hey everyone, We'll be opening an Anime Vegas 2006 topic soon for planning of next year. In the mean time going to close up this topic for now, since the planning and getting ready for is done and the event has passed. But don't get me wrong, we're not closing out talking about Anime Vegas, we're far from being over with talking about this WONDERFUL convention. To reply to anything here, or to read up more on what's going on, please check out Anime Vegas 2005 Review!.
