TMNT Gathering for Avenue Q

Hey everyone,

This is a get together connected to Anime Next 2006.   What this is to see how many of us want to see a totally awesome show while in the New York area.   It's called Avenue Q.  It's a puppet show, and the puppets were designed by none other than TMNT 2 and 3, Rick Lyon!   It's a wonderful show which Brin and I took the chance to see while we were at Anime Vegas 2005.   And I loved it so much I want to go again!    So seeing as how it's playing in New York I figured this would be a fun activey that TMNT fans and Anime fans that are amoung us can enjoy together.

We're looking at the 8pm showing on Thursday, June 15th 2006.    If we can get over 10 people the cost will be $10 cheaper for all of us.   Otherwise the tickets will be around $105 to $110 per a person.  (THOUGH IT'S WORTH IT!)

Like I said, I'd LOVE to come, but it all depends on the shape I'm in after Christmas and Katsucon. I'll let you know right after I reserve our hotel room in the begining of January, if I'll have the money to go or not. Course even after much begging and the like, my boyfriend doesn't want to go, he says it's too much money. >.> Who needs him?! lol If I have the money for myself, I'm all over it hehe. Here's hoping!

Yeah I know you didn't say you'll deff be there, though that's what the (?) is for, those are for the people who'd like to go and don't know if they'd be able to make it.    

Awww your boyfriend doesn't know what he'd be missing out I'm insane to want to keep going to this show over and over... but it's so GREAT!

Oh I'm SO excited for this! It would really be my first REAL trip to New York and I just can't wait because I knew one of the songs from Avenue Q and I never even knew it was from that musical.

I'd love to go again, and I'll have to see where I'm at moneywise by January, or after the nutsoid holidays.  I'm going to try real hard and save up, meaning I can't spend too much on stuff!

I'd love to go...but I never know how money's gonna be...so at the moment? Don't count on Brent and me going...I'd haveta letcha know closer to zero hour...we could easily drop by the city on our way upsate, especially concidering all the family I have on Long Island.

I just found out today that my mom'll be attending a convention in the city I live in in June and will be staying with us for three weeks...though I dunno what PART of June it'll happen, sooooo...it's looking even less likely.
