Well, at least 30 seconds of it.  To do this Cheezy 3D Scene, that STILL has LOADS of Errors took me 1 week to get even this far, and I still havn't built the sets yet.  I'm rendering it now, I'll post it when it's done..

Looks like a good start , Shred.  There are some obvious mistakes like Rocksteady's head going through the door of the module and Bebop's arm animation is jerky, but I'm sure you'll probably go back and tighten things up.  I can't wait to see this with a background.  Also it would be cool to see the ground actually getting tunneled through creating mounds of dirt.  Yeah, I know, not an easy task.  What program do you use for 3d animation?

A program called Animation Master.  About $250's and worth every penny.  Everyone check out the clip again.  I got a bit more ambitious and added 20 more seconds....I'm thinking of doing the entire act break now..

Now I'm getting an error when I try to open the file. Is there a certain codec I should be using?

Hmm, you shouldn't need one, but it does say it's encoded with the Cinepak codec...

Cool, now I got it to work.  I'm wondering how you do the mouth movements? Did you time them out with the audio or is there some plug in for mouth movements like there is in 3d max? The Technodrome looks really cool and so the the interior. The camera movement is a little odd in some of the shots like the zoom in of B & R and the cam move on the Technodrome.  Rocksteady's gun must be linked to him because it moves with him when he's in the air.  Looks like a good job so far though I'm wondering, are you going to do the entire episode, or an entire act?

Cool, didn't know there was an automatic lip syncher in Max.  nope, i did it all by hand.  very, very, slowly Happy/Smile.  Yep, Rocksyeady's gun is linked withthe character, so it moves when he moves...

Still working on my camera shots Happy/Smile..

Yeah, max has a plug-in where you have to model all the different mouth movements, then load them in as certain letters, then you can load a .wav file and it will animate for you. The animation usually needs tweaking though.  Yeah, it's very slow to animate by hand, but the results look good here. I've never heard of Animation Master, but does it automatically do the cel-shaded look, or can it do other types of 3d too?

I have to agree that it's looking good. Especially if that only took you a week to do. Cuz what you already got there looks like a lot of work. But everything's gotta start somewhere. Have you ever seen the technical goofs of the movie Shrek? You can find them on the 2nd DVD if you have Shrek. Funny stuff. Anyhow, keep up the good work. I'm sure it'll pay off in the end.

mrpliggins: Check out the Animation:Master web site. I've never used it myself, but it looks to be quite a powerful program for only $299.

Nice job so far, especially with the timing.
