Originally I did not think that this convention would be taking place, cause I wasn't seeing anything on it.   Though I learned otherwise, so here's an update about another convention that could be a meet up.   I will be going to this as well.   (Yes I'm a busy little Turtle)   Michaelangelo


There's two TMNT guest going to this convention...

Rob Paulsen (Thanks Phoenix for pointing this out to me!)

This is a nice convention for anyone who's in driving distance.  I recommend going to Anime Vegas if  you have to chose only one convention for October.  

Motor City Comic Con

This is a comic book convention, but it also covers movies, TV shows, and anime... so it's a good size convention.   There is a big version of this convetion ran ever Spring so this is the smaller one of the two.

If you're planning to go this event please do get in touch with me.   I may be able to help some people with a place to stay while in town (females, my folks wouldn't want any guys staying here).

One?? I cannot  believe you are leaving out ROB PAULSEN! FOR SHAME!!!!

I thought about going, but doubt I will. Not a good time for me to leave. With the new job, it'll be harder for me to get time off becaues of advising students now. *shrugs*

There's no way Wendell is going to step foot into Michigan. Too close to the one client he doesn't ever want to see. And I doubt I can get the time off considering I'm starting a new job only a month before it.

That's so awesome Rob will make a trek out to MI!  Wish I could go, but I'm already taking time off for AnimeVegas.  Besides, I've seen Rob several times; he's probably sick of me!  LOL

Raphael This event is coming up fast to me... I've talked with Art-Toons and told them about Rob coming and making sure they're bringing all their Raphael cels.  I'm hoping to help them with sales at this up coming "Motor City Comic Con." Raphael

Michaelangelo Don't know who Art Toons is?   I'll do a topic on them after I'm back from the weekend, with links up to who they are.  They're really some GREAT friends, and good to do business with for any TMNT fan.  Very Happy

I want to share this with everyone...

I like getting Autographed photos.  I have a book that I put them in, all TMNT related.  Though I notice that most Voice Actors don't come with their own Autograph photos, so now I'm in the habit of making my own to print up and bring with me.  This is the one I made for Rob Paulsen to sign tomorrow.



If you're going to meet him and need something for him to sign, feel free to print this up.   Very Happy/Big Grin
