Hiya all,

I'm kind of kicking myself in the shell for this one.  I made a mistake and with how busy we've been keeping doing stuff I didn't even catch that I made a mistake.  I thought the ball game was on Saturday and the mall was on Sunday.  So yesterday we drove out to the game, paid for parking... and found that the Turtles were there on Friday.  We raced to the mall, but the bus was already closing up.  Trust me when I say I felt sick about this, this was Tokka's chance to see the Tour besides San D (where we know he keeps really busy).

I talked to Mike and Aaron the two who work the bus.  We were in luck, they had another gig that night at an ATA school.  So I was able to bring Tokka there so he could see the bus in action.  Though the video games were not set up.  ATA wants the kids to more focus on the Karate stuff going on there, than a game on the bus.   So they don't set that up there.  This was my first time at one of the ATA stops, so that was something I learned last night.

I met up with Mark, who is the ATA member who is at most of the stops - he's going to miss Phoenix, AZ cause of a big ATA Tournament going on  (Raph and Don will be at that Tournament which is the same weekend as Phoenix.).  It was good getting to see him, we hung out through the night.  Tokka brought the comic which he did pin art for, and caught the attention of the crowd.  So to his surprise he was famous for the evening.

I brought out the Monster trucks, figured Tokka could play with his and I could play with mine... didn't realize that one remote would control both Trucks.  Tokka was too busy drawing and let the kids play with his truck and I realized I lost control over mine, so I put mine away for the evening.

Enjoyed some pizza, and watched the Karate Demos.

So even though we missed the main events of the weekend, we still did have a fun time.  And we got to drive behind the Turtle Bus to the ATA meet up, so we have pictures of it on the road.

Photos will come as soon as I can get to them.  We did have to camera issues this night, first the camera got full than after it took so much time of being on to download, it died.  Though we did get some good pictures.

Aww that sucks, I'm sure the Rockies game would've been fun with the TMNT. Anyways, hopefully we get to meet up in San Diego when I'm there in late July.
