Review Las Vegas, TMNT Road trip 2009

Well got there yesterday, walked in and saw that this is a Karate event, much like a convention.  They have the Turtle Bus in the back of their display room room.  I got there late so they were closing down and the crew wasn't even there at the time.  Going to glance around at what is going on, and we'll report back more later. 

The MGM is BIG, it's down in the convention area.

ok this is a convention set up, there's shows and stuff going on.  I'm over hearing a lot because I've been down to the hall way a few times.

Ernie Reyes is here, I'm not sure if it's Sr. or Jr. or both!  But I heard they put on a display the other night.  I haven't seen either of them, just over heard this and saw someone with an Ernie Reyes jacket it on for being students!

The Turtle Van is in the back of what would be like the dealer or publisher room, I talked to Mike (the driver) and he said it's really slow in there.  People turn down the books and mask they're offering.. only wanting a photo with Michaelangelo when he's out.  Otherwise it's not really busy Turtle wise.  He took some photos of where the bus was for us.  So I will have photos of that and of the bus leaving the MGM maybe tonight or tomorrow morning.

Miki and I spent most of our day at a different casino on the internet yesterday... today we're going to walk around town... my feet and legs hate me...

Well we got video from the hall way of the TMNT van moving out of the dealer room yesterday, but that's the most we got.  So the Vegas event is done, did not meet any other TMNT fans here. 

Looking forward to Saturday for a real event... this one just didn't feel right.
