Mistake on "Mutants and Monsters" DVD

I had gotten the Mutants and Mosters DVD when it first came in here in New Jersey.  When I looked at it, the top said there were SIX, that's right SIX episodes that were supposed to be on the DVD.  After watching it, I found 5.  After talking to a few people, everyone else's says five.  I looked around NJ and found out that all but 1 store in my area has the DVDs that say six.  I was wondering if this is just some freak thing that NJ is the only place that has this mistake or what.  Has anyone else seen these around or is New Jersey the only place that has this mistake?

I'm going to start keeping an eye out for this in Michigan.  I got one of the normal ones that says Five.  I'll let you know if I see any that says Six in MI.

Thank you.  I'm glad to see that it wasn't just my area that got them.  I was starting to wonder since many of my other friends didn't see the ones with the mistakes.
