Happy Turkey Day!!

Did the turkey thing at my bro's yesterday - dude can cook!  Bacon wrapped turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, caesar salad, rolls, steamed cauliflower, garlic & tarragon gravy...with choice of apple pie or chocolate cream pie for dessert.  I rolled home....

(Nah, yours is a month late, Mike *G*)   Wink

Hehehe ResidentEvil... you're off, in the United States it is in November... but Raphers and the others here from Canada all have Thanksgiving in October.  TMNT-L is here for every country that we have members from, so here on the forum we have Thanksgiving twice a year in October and November Wink

But Michelle, you live in Michigan, that's in the US.  And I know that there's a Thanksgiving in Canada, but it's funny, because you live here in America, so what's the big deal about a Canadian holiday to an American?

PS: And you don't have to refer to me by my screen name, you know me, we met in Chicago during the tour's first day there.  I was that obsessed fan with the printouts.  Nathan.

PPS: Did you, Michelle ever see my Ninja Turtle site that I mentioned I was creating back in May?

If Michaelangelo wants to celebrate another country's holiday, that's up for her to decide. She helps maintain this forum and if I'm not mistaken, the Admin Fugitoid is a Canadian, along with the moderator Raphael.

Also, it's best to use someone's screen name to address them rather than their real name on a public domain. They may not want everyone to know that information. You have to be careful on the internet.

I just feel the need to say, that I may have encountered a sandwich called the "Raphael"... and it's basically Thanksgiving between two slices of bread.

Further investigation weekend after next...  Reading/Studying

Heh yes I know your name, but I use screen names.. it's a respectful thing to do online...

And btw my name is Michele, with only one l  Wink

I have seen your site.

About holidays from other countries, just because a lot of us are from the US shouldn't mean that we ignore those on the forum from other countries.  No I don't have a Thanksgiving dinner myself in October, but I will say Happy Thanksgiving to those from Canada on here.  As I'd hope they'd do for us next month.  Happy/Smile  It's about being there for reach other.

BTW a little known fact about me, part of my family is from Canada *G*

OK I guess I understand now.  When it comes to wishing good wishes for people, you like to touch those in other parts of the world and make them feel happy.  I can see that, now I get it.

PS: How did you like my site?  And how is your feelings of todays TMNT animated TV series being canceled mean?  I'm not terribly dissapointed by it for two reasons: 1, I wanted the old 1987 TV series to be the series that wasn't out competed as far as number of episodes and number of seasons survived, and 2, I like not having to record these episodes every so often, it was becoming a chore.
