Hey everyone,

Just wanted to post and let everyone who doesn't know already.  I'm going on another road trip. 

Good news
1. Not taking my car Wink
2. Not the driver so will be online for driving part of the trip.

Just going with the family to say hi to some friends, East of here.  It's just a short family trip,  will be gone for less than a week.  Plan to leave late Saturday night, and get back by Thursday night.

Yes I know, I travel too much.  Hopefully December will be a no travel month Wink

Heh trust me, that last trip was barely any money and always tired... hehe I still need to finish my review of that big trip.... and get these pictures posted some how... the TMNT bus stops alone filled a full photo bucket account!  Heh going to start posting some of those in their proper review topics when I get the chance Happy/Smile

I'm still tired from the last trip, which is why I'm glad I'm just riding this time.  Rest and surf the net, sounds good to me Wink

At our first hotel for this short trip.  Got here last night, tonight we'll be at a different hotel.

Heading out to see some friends today.  Happy/Smile  Should be a good day.

We're at our third hotel on the trip, we're here for two nights in Gettysburg.  Thursday we head home.

Heading home tomorrow.

Had fun today, we got a Auto tour for the Battlefields here in Gettysburg so we were doing that.  If anyone is ever interested in meeting up with me here, I'll have to bring it. It's a good tour. Happy/Smile

Also we had a picnic today, while eating we had a stray cat come over begging for food... so we shared some ham with it. Happy/Smile

Well just when we we thought this trip was done, something had to happen... the car broke down!  Yup that's right more car trouble for me.

Trans is giving us issues, we may have to rebuild it.  If we go through with that, may be stuck here for a bit longer.  Right now we're in Harrisburg, PA (we were towed here from Gettysburg).

I will update on what happens... as we're waiting for the results.

Good news we did not have to have the Trans rebuilt, they were able to fix it and got us the car back last night.  We spent the night at a Comfort Inn in Hershey, PA.  Going to go to Hershey World than start the drive home.

We are on the road now, heading home.

A 7 hour drive. Should be a little longer with stops for food and such.
