As much as I love TMNT and I do, with this one I would have to say Wolverine... he's got that healing ability that just makes it so no matter what Raph does, Wolvie will bounce back from it. Wolvie also has a lot more years of being a serious fighter behind him, so his skill is great. He's won some really big fights where the odds were really against him.
This is one fight where Raph would have an issue.

True 1984 Raph can kill, but can he kill Wolverine? That is what I doubt... Wolverine has survived a lot.. which Raph could not survive.
Trust me I'm more a TMNT fan, but I like the X-Men enough to realize when there's a match... Wolvie is a worthy warrior as all his life all he's been doing is fighting. He's been messed with in the mind, he's been beaten to the point where he should be dead if he didn't have his healing abilities. But he keeps bouncing back. Unless Raph learns to move and control metal, or gets some physic powers...
Let's just say I hope the two never have a fight to the death.

It's true that Raph is a fantastic fighter, especially when he has his emotions behind him, but I mean, Wolverine has surivied BULLETS! Since his body repairs itself almost instantly from any damages, I have a feeling Raph would tired himself out from fighting and any damage Wolverine would do to him before anything would happen to Wolverine.

I think that if a fight did happen Wolverine would win, if it wasn't for his adamantium skeleton which is almost unbreakable and his healing ability I would say it's anyones game. But I think if a cross-over did happen Wolverine and Raph would fight but become friends like the situation with Raph and Casey.
