LOL, i love your hint, now i can see when half the people on this forum who are going to Anime Vegas you're going to get several Turtle Tots! Always good to keep a spare set i guess, right? lol.
If you can find a set, by all means!  I told this to many and now I'll share it here.  I found one, and only ONE, set of the Tots at a Greatland Target in Vista, CA.  I squealed, snatched it up, and took it with me to AnimeNEXT! '04 to have Mike S. sign it.  Mike's mouth almost hit the table when he saw the box and I came VERY close to letting him have it.  However, he signed it and I decided to say nothing.  In mid-July '04, I found a second set on eBay that seemed to be a reasonable price.  I bidded on the item and won, later discovering it was coming from the U.K. and cost close to $30!  I mailed it to Mike as a gift and never heard anything!  I think Ivey did mention he got it when she saw him at the Toronto Con.

Hey Guys, I was just over at NTN and figured I should make an appearance here as well.

The only topic that seems to be discussed recently here is action figures. Now, while I absolutely cannot comment on the newest season of TMNT, not the one currently airing, which we just started working on this week, I can tell you that there will be toys aplenty coming your way. Lots.

Things are good with me. Wedding plans and such. Dan, John, Ed and I are discussing producing and acting in a play next year. Reading lots of comics and doing lots of funny voices. I've started work on GI Joe: Sigma Six and Yu-Gi-Oh GX recently. They're pretty fun projects. One of the voices I do for GX is unlike anything I've done before.

Until Vegas,

Hiya Wayne!  Thanks for stopping in here as well.  Michaelangelo

Congrats on getting ready for the wedding, so we invited? Wink

Oooohhh let us know about the play, we'll put it in the events area here so it'll be on our calander.  I'd love to try and go as well, so once the details are out, I'll be looking at checking into a trip to see the play.  Very Happy

Can't wait to see you in Vegas!

Selina and I have been together for a while now and I decided we should make it official. We got engaged in Brisbane, Australia while I was down there appearing at the Supanova/Armageddon conventions last year. An engagement announcement gets you lots of free drinks from your fellow pop culture figures.

No word on the play just yet. We're still just tossing around ideas at this stage. Campbell brought it up and Dan and I just kinda got swept up into the idea.

Fae-Looking forward to another serenade!

-Mikey

Quick favor if anyone has the time/inclination. GX premieres today on Cartoon Network, check local listings, and I'm curious about something. If anyone gets a chance to watch it, let me know which characters you think I play.

Uh Oh Wayne... My semi-area of expertize Happy/Smile

Usually a voice actor slips up and goes off into another characters voice and that's how I tell the difference.  Usually during a laugh, grunt, or yell.   For instance, an easy one to spot is the VA who played Mumm-Ra in Thundercats.  He also played Hammerhand, as the two laughs are pretty darned close to each other...

Although sometimes a voice is close, yet different enough that it's tough to tell.  Case in point, Baxter and Krang both played by Pat Fraley in the original toon..I didn't recognize that untill 1993, heh.

Hey Wayne! Hope your trip you took on the last day of the con was fun! I'm curious, what was your take on how the convention went? What was your favorite part of it?

I also hope that you enjoyed the Cd! I wanted to put some more songs on it but because of circumstances i wasn't able to.

From your Serenader,
Take care!  Razz

Hey Wayne,

It was totally awesome, like always, to see you last weekend!  I hope you liked all of our gifts.   We're writting up reviews of "Anime Vegas" if you'll like to see them check out Anime Vegas 2005 Review to see pictures and what people had to say.  If you got anything you'd like to share on the convention feel free to post there as well.

I'll like to extend an invite to you and the others that we know out there to join us for to Avenue Q on Thursday June 15th at the 8pm show.  I'm trying to set up a get together for the fans that are going, since I know the show is a wonderful show.  If we get a group together we can do a group discount and give everyone a great memory.  Happy/Smile

I'll also like to invite you to the TMNT Party at Anime Next if you're going this year, we're holding the Party on Friday night this time, since Saturday is such a busy night for the convention goers.  Hit the beginning of the convention when everyone is still rested and enjoying themselves.  For more information on that feel free to check out our topic at  Anime Next 2006.  The Party information is on Page 2.

Thank you for the wonderful time at the convention!   I know everyone who was in my room totally enjoyed the full convention,  Mike, Veronica, Sam, Megan, Darren, and you made that trip one we will never forget.  Thank you so much! Very Happy/Big Grin

Hey Y'all!

Eclipse-Well done! Yes, I'm Syrus. I don't usually play high-pitched characters. You've got a good ear. I also play Professor Banner. Thanks for the kind words about Joey. I'm really gonna miss playing him.

Fae-Selina and I drove to Arizona right after the con. The next day, at the crack of dawn, we started the mule ride down the Grand Canyon. Words do not do this experience justice. The canyon itself is breathtaking and the mule ride, although scary as all get-out first, turned out to be a great time. Highly recommended! It seems that from the fans' perspective, the con was a rousing success. That makes me very happy. Personally, I thought it was a bit too unorganized. Especially concerning the signings. There were times when I had no idea where to be. Also, and I speak for a number of my colleagues when I say this, the huge panels were incredibly frustrating. Again, I can see how this would be enjoyable for the fans, but being up there on that big stage for two hours was a real energy-drain. Overall, I had a good time, but I think it needs some tweaking and fine-tuning. My favorite parts, obviously, were meeting all you guys and of course, hanging out with friends of mine I hadn't seen in a while.

Michelangelo-Thank you for the memories and all the wondeful gifts. It's always a pleasure to meet up with you and chat. That picture is great! Was I telling a humorous story or something? Megan looks amused. Like I said on NTN, I don't know what cons I'll be attending next year, but you'll be the first to know. (Well, after me, Selina and the con organizer, naturally.)

Be good!

Shocked   Love I got it!! Very Happy/Big Grin YAY! ^____^ I didn't think I would get it but I hoped so!

I can't wait to find out what conventions you'll be at next year! Embarassed I hope they're some close to Michigan that I can actually get to. I wanted to go to Anime Vegas so badly, but with the lack of money we've always got, it's hard for me and my family to travel out.  Heh, Not to mention that Michaelangelo is the first friend I've made around this state in ages who's willing to do stuff with me! Happy/Smile *glomps Mikey*

As far as conventions go with being unorganized, that seems to be happening EVERYWHERE.  Seriously CNAnime in Toronto was really poorly organized, The meet and greet with Hanson in Michigan was -very- unorganized, and this Butch Hartman meeting coming up tonight seems the same. *Sighs* I'm praying that this weekend YoumaCon will at least be semi-organized well! @____@; Hopefully all of these conventions and misc things will get thier staff and such under control. It can really turn a fan away from going to places like that...heck, it can even scare the guests away.  Sad/Down

Glad you had fun at the canyon, and hope the rest of your year goes great!

Hi, Wayne!  Glad to see you made it back home.  I've always wanted to go to the Grand Canyon, but the closest I get to seeing it is on the Disneyland Railroad!  Ah, frequent park-goers know what I mean.  Wink  Anyway, I agree with the unorganized time with signing autographs and the panels.  We missed one or two good signings and I know half of you guys were bored to tears up on the big stage--hence the many darts flying in the air.  I couldn't stop laughing about that.  I noticed you went off stage, probably a good idea to stretch your legs--or maybe go scream where no one could hear you!  I would have done that!  Sitting too long drives me nuts!   Razz

Anyway, I'm in the process of making copies of my Con pictures to send to friends and I thought you'd might like a set as well.  They came out beautifully.  Let me know before I choose how many copies to get!  Happy/Smile

Off to the grind--er, work...

Hehe I'd have to find that part of the video to remember what was going on durning that time, heh we did so many panels they all blend together when I try to remember them!  Hehe

I'm sorry there was so much problems, I agree with how things were organized I brought that up at the ending panel.   How it would of been nice to have the autograph times and stuff worked out better.   I was disappointed that I missed your autograph time on Friday.  I have to confess one of the reasons I go through those so much is because it gives time to really say hi to you guys.  Sorry if I ever have too much stuff just let me know Wink   I just know conventions are really the only time I get to talk with you in person.

Speaking of conventions, I know you're a huge comice book fan and you live in the New York area so I was wondering if you're going to check out Big Apple Con.  It's Comic Books, Art and Toy Show.   There's a lot of guest there that I'm interested in seeing so I'm going to head out that way for that weekend... as weird as it sounds, I just learned of this today and decided it today.  LOL   Mirage Crew and 4Kids People are listed as guest for the convention.  Happy/Smile   If you're thinking about checking it out, and would like to meet up just to talk and stuff just let me know.  Happy/Smile  I promise I won't attack ya with things to have autographed Wink
