SYNOPSIS:
When a series of burglaries, all involving thefts of Turtle memorabilia occur, the Turtles set out to investigate. April's apartment gets broken into, but just as the burglar is driving away, she gets the license plate number from the vehicle. The police station gives her an address and she and Irma set off to investigate the address. They discover that Monroe Q. Flem, manufacturer of rare gasses and a billionaire, is a collector of everything and anything pertaining to the Turtles. When April and Irma arrive at the mansion, April goes in and leaves Irma in the van. As soon as she sets foot on the grounds, guard dogs come out and Flem captures her.
Meanwhile, the Turtles get concerned when they can't contact April so they go to her apartment. The place is deserted when they get there. After looking around, they discover an address which they assume is the one April got from the license plate. They go in search of April, thinking that she might be in danger. When they arrive at the mansion, they get captured by Flem when he sprays them with stun gas. When they come to, they discover that Flem wants to dip them in a special preservative wax for his wax display at the mansion. The Turtles make an attempt to free April, but this time they get sprayed with a freezing gas.
Outside the mansion, Irma realizes that April is not coming back, so she goes in to resuce her. She finds the Turtles freezing and helpless. By turning up the temperature in the mansion she helps to revive the Turtles. The heat in the mansion melts Flem's wax statues leaving just metallic robots which he programs to attack the Turtles. The Turtles fight off Flem and his Waxmation Warriors and resuce April. Flem gets arrested and all the Turtle memorabilia gets retuned to the owners.
