Ninja Turtles has always been a media of change, they started as an adult comic book, than went to a children cartoon show, than toys, than movies that were mixtures of the comic and cartoon.... and so on... so even back when we were kids, and the original cartoon was on the air Ninja Turtles were already going through changes... so it's something that some fans have just come to except.

I personally have enjoyed every media run we've had with the Turtles.  I like it, because it's always something fresh to get to know and enjoy.  Each area holds it's own in rights of respect towards one fan group or another.  There's no harm in change, it's better than loosing them.

It's kinda hard to make out what you're saying, but she's right, watch Turtles Forever it has something for the old turtle fan and shows that the old series isn't forgotten. Just look at the two series as different and appreciate each for what they are. If you haven't collect the '87 series on DVD from lionsgate. And, I don't think Viacom can really mess up the Turtles anymore at this point. It's just a matter of staying on board or sticking with the originals.

Personally a 9/10. It's really good. It has the original mirage comic turtles, the '87 turtles, and the 2k3 turtles teaming up to stop shredder and utron shredder and they go between the different universes. My only gripe is that they make the '87 turtles a little too goofy, but other than that it's fantastic. You can watch the whole thing on youtube.
