the comic series to continue?

everyone is wondering bout the comic series, will it be reborn with the franchise being sold or will it be sold off and be the end of the TMNT? those answers will only come in time...in my opinion i think the comic series would be put on hold until they see what nickelodeon does with the cartoon..i greatly fear that they will ultimately ruin the turtles..i really hope im wrong on this like i stated b4 i have been a fan b4 i could walk..it just makes since to wait on the comic series cause if the show becomes a bust then they loose alot of money making these comics and not being able to sell them..u will always have the collecters out there who want it no matter what but sometimes it isnt enough..maybe they seen something they didnt like and sold out or like some have said maybe new ideas where offered that would continue the legacy of the turtles...until we now the truth bout this i am still excited to see the new direction they will take the turtles.....

Na, knowing Peter he's not waiting on Nick... the real question if it'll be picked back up goes to how he feels about it.  Right now he doesn't want to be working on Turtles, it's all a personal level for him.  If he feels like it later he will, money isn't what got him to make Turtles in the first place.  Kevin and him made the first comic out of the love of comics that they personally had.  It is that, which will be the key to if the comic is to come on the market again or not.
