can someone help me identify this turtle comm

i believe its a turtle comm. toy it says various things like ''maximum turtle power'' ''its pizza time dude'' ''cowabunga dude'' ''were on our way'' ect. but i did some research and cannot find anything like this all i found was this type of turtle comm. from ebay can someone help?

That is a Turtle Com toy, I got it... I don't remember what year it came out.   Though I can confirm this is a real toy.

Yeah, I have one brand new in box, it's legit. It's called the "Talkin' Turtle Communicator", dated 1994 and has "6 different turtle phrases!" I have this new brand new and the other one as well. That's pretty much all there is to it. Fun fact, the talkin turtle communicator (the one you have) is really rare compared to the turtle shell communicator. I BELIEVE these were recalled because the voice system didn't work in some of em'.

Wow I did not realize that the Turtle Com is rare, I got a few of them laying around, and I believe I do have it in package buried deep in the attic...
