We know that the order of cartoon and movies went:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Series (1987)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie (1990)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993)

In TMNT 2, a new voice actor for Raphael was hired, and also for TMNT 3. Also in TMNT 2, Corey Feldman had to be replaced. By the end (release) of TMNT 3, it was like deja vu from the cartoon. In 1989 (season 3), both Barry Gordon and Rob Paulsen were replaced in a few episodes. Only Leonardo (Cam Clarke) and Michelangelo (Townsend Coleman) were in every episode. Same went for the movies... only Leonardo (Brian Tochi) and Michelangelo (Robbie Rist) were in all three movies.

Interesting side notes... Brian Tochi played Toshiro Takashi in three of the four "Revenge of the Nerds" films. And Robbie Rist was once the rarely seen cousin Oliver in the last season of "The Brady Bunch".

Huh, I actually didn't realise there were different voices for Raphael between the movies. Either I wasn't paying attention or they sounded pretty close to each other.

Don, however, was completely different. And I actually liked the second movie voice better. His laugh was SO cute! And his voice wasn't as gritty. It would be so awesome if they could get ANY voice actors from the movies to play in the new CG one. Dunno if it will happen though. :/

I didn't realize Brian Tochi did ALL three movie Leos! His voice is deep in movie1, little higher in movie2, and to me... he sounded completely different in movie3!

Raph's voices are ALL different none sound like Josh either. the last one was pitiful. The 2nd one was forced, and he was voiced by a LADY! and her accent stunk.

Hiya,

Ok had to reply to this did a check up on this Laurie Faso, cause I really didn't think that was a girl's voice.  And sure enough after digging and looking I learned that Laurie is infact a guy.  The few places that mention him says "he".   Though the real proof was when I found he was a star in "Marlo and the Magic Movie Machine", playing a character named Marlo and than I did the research on Marlo to find...

"A weird guy named Marlo with his 70's version of a computer."

Here is a picture of him.   Happy/Smile
