I really don't know about Jason Biggs, will have to listen to his voice more and decide. Though Rob Paulsen I am thrilled to see back on the cast list for TMNT!
Rob's skills is that of a Master Voice Actor, he's done so many shows and characters. He's pulled off some of the best and have been around in cartoons since my childhood, still bringing new characters to the screen every year. He's wonderful with the fans at events, and he has a lot of great knowledge to share about being a voice actor. Over all, I can never express how excited I am about this casting call.
Now people have been going on, can Rob do Donatello's voice?
YES! Listen to Yakko Warner. That voice is pretty close to what would make a good Donatello voice. Not only can he do that voice, he can do it in song and just about every crazy thing they throw at him. So will Rob pull off Donatello to where we should be able enjoy it! I believe so...
Do you?

I think Rob would do great as Donnie's voice!
As for Jason Biggs.. I'll have to wait and see. I'm sorry Jason but the one thing that sticks to my mind is that movie which is well known for apple pie. And I have seen him in some other movies that just make me blink going... whoa.. that's Leo's voice...
Whoa....
So we'll have to wait and see.

Paulsen is going to have be very careful to sound as much anti-Raph as he can, but I think he'll do a fine Donatello.
As for Biggs, my first response was "Who?". Then I looked him up on IMDB. And my second response was "Who??". So, no opinion one way or the other on him.

lmao, Fae! You and I had the same reaction! Didn't sleep well last night, so it took me a second to recognize the name, but that'll be interesting. Glad to see Rob back as well, but it's gonna be strange for me hearing him do Donnie's voice when I'm so used to him doing Raph from the old school show.

I think Rob will pull off Don's voice well. As for Jason, I've never been a fan of the American Pie franchise, but I'll reserve judgment until I hear Leo's voice.

Got your message yesterday evening after I got back home, Ivey. Sorry I didn't get to see this yesterday. It stormed aaaaallll day, keeping me offline until late at night. Looks to be a good bunch, will be interesting to hear them as our Turtles. Can't wait to see who else will be joining the cast.

It has leaked out that there is a voice actress signed on for April O'Neil. Though no word on who it is.
So while we wait for Nickelodeon to release the name of the actress, the question is... who do you hope for the new voice actress to be?
My hope is that she is a voice actress who's got a background in doing voice over work.

I think April's VA is confirmed to be Mae Whitman. Best known probably for voicing Tinker Bell in the animated movie series.

Thanks for sharing LM! I went around to find some info about how this news was released and found that it was released in Rob's twitter. Which is also how we learned about the voice of Splinter. A good account to keep an eye on. Here's the original tweet: "Fantastic script for TMNT today and our first record with the beautiful Mae Whitman as April O'Neil!" Oh, that's awesome. I love Mae as Tink, so I think she can do a good April.
