hey so im wondering if anyone can tell me what exactly this thing is. ive had it for years but i never knew what exactly it was. i thought maybe it was the top of a shampoo bottle like the old ones that had character heads on them and all. its a soft rubber and its hollow on the inside with an opening on bottom. a member on the Technodrome forums said that he had this Mikey and a Shredder like it as well but never answered if he knew what they were :/

That does sound like the bubble bath toppers. I have them, plus the original container they sat on.  Found them at a store called Big Lots back in the mid 90's.
