Phoenix was meant to represent the fire and passion that creates life. I choose to bear the name -- and do so proudly -- in order to set things right.

This issue came out today.  What is everyone's thoughts?

Personally I thought it was ok, I enjoyed the beginning of it but find Donny and Leo fighting so much a bit odd.  Leo's mean in this comic.

I'll be writing a more in dept review very soon.

I finally got a review up for this issue, I know it came out a few days ago but wanted to get the others up first.

Feel free to read it on Cowabunga Corner.

What can I say about this issue here... was disappointed with Leo's personality, enjoyed Don's personality.  Don got the best one liner in the issue.  The April/Casey thing is just too stretched out.

I just read it and am still letting it sink in. Yeah, it was pretty weird to see Leonardo make such a snippy remark and I did go "whoa!" but moved on rather quickly about it. I suppose it doesn't bother me. I agree that Don had the best lines, and I absolutely LOVE the direction his character is going.

Raph's "Ninja Nerd and Captain Buttkiss" lines were very funny! Mikey is amusing, too.

I don't mind the Casey and April meeting each other before meeting the Turtles. To me, it feels a little more genuine. Not that I mind how they ever met before *through* the TMNT.

The reincarnation thing is a bit hard to swallow, but I'm sure there's more to it than that. The backstory in issue 5 was pretty sad Sad/Down

Looking forward to 7! Now I need to read the released Micros so far..  Embarassed

I was kind of hoping that the parkour guy would survive. I hope there are more where he came from.

because

parkour is cool.

and French is an aesthetically pleasing language.
