I really despised the Fast Forward series, but if I had to pick a villain, I'd go with the Dark Turtles. They had so much potential within the series and could have been expanded on more.

I have to go with the Dark Turtles too, as I enjoyed the character growth in Dark Leo.

Yeah, I'm throwing my vote in for Torbin Zixx too. While he wasn't necessarily the most powerful, dangerous or evil, he provided the most entertainment...on a number of levels. And for good reasons.
