I liked the episode, not because it was just April and Don... *ahem* But because it still stayed pretty busy with some action and grim sights. That pile of bones was intense, I loved it! And did anyone notice April lost her bear backpack? I know I would have tried to made sure I got all of my belongings before leaving, or they never would have left me from the start!
So, we've got Robyn in the picture now, or was it spelled Robin in the old comics? I'm thinking it's Robyn. I wonder if they'll add her little tyke, Trevor, to the show. If so, he was probably back home in CA, cute as ever. That was during the CAW series, btw, when April went to visit her. Isn't it a little strange how she just decided to pop up at this time, as if it was intended to happen?
Speaking of popping up, do any of you honestly, HONESTLY, like those Shout-Outs? I think they're a distraction to the show, almost as if they were subtitles even though everyone was speaking English! I wish they wouldn't do them. When I'm watching a show, I don't care to know so and so's birthday, or someone saying hi from Hawaii. Give me a break!

I didn't really care for this episode. I mean first off, don't you think Don would have called home and said "Oh by the way, I'm gonna go hop to another dimension, I might die, don't keep dinner" or something?
Second, if April's uncle is so smart how did he spend that long with the lizard folks and never find out they weren't the peace loving hippies they claimed to be, yet Don found out within half an hour? If they were all about peace what was with the weapons and armor? Is there a lot of that involved in peace? Maybe they fight to spread peace, who knows?
Blegh, I don't even feel like going on complaining. The moral of the story folks? Never trust hippies.

I kinda liked this ep...was good to see Donnie get some more screen time and get to be all ninja-sneaky in finding out about the leezards. I like Augie, too...very idiot savant, really. *G* Can't cook, doesn't really have much by way of looking past the upper social behaviors of...well, "people", sure *G* But obviousely a very book-smart guy. April's REALLY gotta look into getting a new hair style...same thing since girlhood? Yowch. Someone call the fashion police on the woman. Halfway suprised none fo the hug-fiends around here've reared their heads at the two whole hugs April got in. Showed the height differences pretty well...that's the other reason I like the guys...they're short! Juuuust like me. *buffs nails and grins hammily* I'm wondering how many more huge bugs're gonna be a factor in this season. Poor Raph'll never get away from the nasty things. BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Lots of hugs! Everybody hugging everybody by the end. I'm sure seeing April hug Don the longest is going to get people talking, if they weren't before. Hey, she's a Tello. Influenced by her uncle, gravitates toward Don, I can relate to that. Geeks either get along, or they don't. Profound, eh? I liked the line, "Come on April, I'm the sensible turtle, remember?" or something like that...

I haven't completely watched the episode yet. Was taping/watching it, but doing some other stuff at the same time, so I was distracted. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to go back and watch it closely yet. Not sure if I like the sudden inclusion of Robin in the show. Where was she all those years ago during all of those family portrait times? It was more important to get portraits done with Uncle Augie than with Robin? And April's never really mentioned her? Just kinda seemed like a "Here, one more comic bit for you comic book readers" sort of moment. And, yes, I thought Don would have at least left some sort of message with the guys at home as to what he was doing, especially in light of the current Karai/Shredder situation, too. All in all, though, not a bad episode. It was good to see Don getting some quality screen time. Although, what is with all of the HUGGING? Sheesh... I know the show was abbreviated as Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles in England (TMHT), but that doesn't mean it has to become TMHT (Teenage Mutant Hugging Turtles) here, now! Anyone else not see a preview for next week? *Heads for the fridge to see of the Jar O' Baxter is still there...*

I agree it was a little too neat and tidy "storywise" about Uncle Augie not seeing through the Lizard people's facade, and then Don finds out so quickly. But then, Uncle Augie probably didn't sneak about like Don did? And they only have a half hour to tell the story, soooo.....cartoonism. I can't hold it against Don for not telling his brothers he was going offworld. After all, Leo didn't tell anyone about going to visit Karai.... (Unlike *some* out there, I won't even bother using the Halo here.) What I did like was April. Intelligent, resourceful, clever. I love how her character is handled in this show. And it was fun to see Don involved in an episode with April, where they combined their talents nicely to get through everything. Because Don is the "sensible turtle", and I see April as the "sensible human". I couldn't help but think when Don scratched at his bandaged leg: <insert music of Impending Doom here>. "Suuure April, Don's working *with* you now, but soon, he's going to want to destroy you!! No!!" The Robyn thing.... I wonder if she's a set up for stuff to come. Like we'll be seeing more of her for a while and she'll become more involved in the story arc. Possibly the Uncle Augie, too? Uncle Augie would be experienced in helping deal with the current Ginormous Bug problem, as he's been to other worlds and dealt with some odd things. And now he knows Don.... Maybe they couldn't show a preview because next week's episode will be so horrible it would send Phaels into total Phreak Outs! Like All Bugs!

Yeah, I liked it alright, though I knew those lizards were not vegitarians the second I saw them. Did ANYONE think they were telling the truth in the beginning? Anyone?
Yes, so quite a predictable plot there, but oh well. It's nice to finally get Uncle Augie home so we don't have to hear April whining she doesn't know where he is any more. *cough* And I thought it was a bit cool that Robyn showed up. Though...why? I mean seriously, who doesn't call their relatives house, even their own sisters if they plan on staying a while? And she didn't give a reason why she was in town either. Unless she was looking for a job in NYC. But is it just me, or did they try to make her the "ugly sister' with her character design?
And they totally had to make sure you didn't forget Don was injured because it's important later, of course. Boy am I waiting for that ep!
Anyway, though Mikey only had one line, it was awesome! "...or we'll have some es'plaining to do!" I doubt any child got that, but I laughed.
And I also hate those shoutouts. As an anime fan, I'm so used to reading subtitles, I kept wanting to read them as if they were the dialogue. Drove me nuts! I wish they'd stop that. Oh well, that's what the DVDs are for I guess. Sadly, doesn't look like we'll be getting a new ep next week. Ah well.

Well, according to my local online tv listings, next week's episode is called "Tale of Master Yoshi" (could be Tales) so it seems we are getting a new ep next week. They're also going to have to do some doubling up somewhere...yesterday's ep was #95; episode #100 is set to air March 25th. There's not enough Saturdays in between to air 96-99 at only one a week. Either they'll skip an episode or we're getting a doubled up set somewhere.

I hope they don't skip episodes that would so not be cool. Maybe they'll do a thing where they show two episodes back to back. That'd a nice hope there.
Heh, and i thought the hugging was cute. Course i'm also a hugger so that could be the resoning for that *G*.
I thought the episode was interesting, hearing about April's Uncle kinda gives a little know that you'll prolly see him in the episode. The lizarding guys, believing that they only wanted peace... no way there had to be an ulterior motive there and sure enough there was.
When Robin showed up, it surprised me a little. Be nice if they give her more of a 'oh here's April's sister, next scene!' spot but i guess we'll have to wait and see. What i'm really waiting for is March's 100th episode! I kept watching Don to see if there was any change or any hint on what was to come with him. Something's gonna happen!
(Cause if i don't i can see all of us fans jaws dropping in surprise)

IVE BEEN PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE LAST 2 EPS, SO FAR. I REALLY LIKED THIS EPISODE, IT REMINDED ME OF DON'S 1ST INTERDIMENSIONAL ADVENTURE WITH KIRBY (ONE OF MY FAVORITE EPS). THE ANIMATION WAS ABOVE PAR, JUST LIKE LAST WEEKS. I WISH THIS ANIMATION WOULD HAVE BEEN USED IN LEO'S FIGHT AGAINST KARIA INSTEAD OF INSECTS AND LIZARDS (HUNGRY ONES). ANY ONE NOTICE THAT DON DOES ALOT OF DIMENSIONAL HOPING IN HIS LIFE? 1.KIRBY AND HIS WORLD, 2.BATTLE NEXUS 3.SAINW 4.WASP LAND, WITH APRIL AND HIS BROTHERS, LOOKING FOR AUGIE, 5.LIZARD LAND, AGAIN IN SEARCH OF AUGIE. WE CAN AT LEAST EXPECT 2 MORE JUMPS FOR DON IN BETWEEN DIMENSIONS; 6.PALEO WORLD, 7.FUTURE WORLD (SEASON 5). ISN'T IT KOOL?

This was such an awesome episode! I really loved Don's quips in this one, though I really wish Master Splinter could've tagged along on this one. It would've made a nice father/son paralell opposite the mentoring relationship Auggie and April had. I can't hold it against Don for not telling his brothers he was going offworld. With all due respect, what makes you assume he didn't say anything to his brothers? For one thing April asked Don to come over later in the evening after Robin turned in for the night, which means he probably had a good 3 or 4 hours to kill before he went over so I'm certain he told the guys he was gonna be out. Secondly, Don had no idea what was going to happen, so he wasn't thinking he would find himself in any mortal danger that evening, unless of course Splinter or Leo had a psychic vision or something then they would've warned him to maintain caution. This actually segways back to why I wish Master Splinter had been in this episode.
