TMNT-L Fan Art of September!

Hiya everyone,

This is the TMNT-L fan art of the September.  Each month a member gets to do a drawing of something related to TMNT-L.  Be it based off one of the topics, or the fans who hang out here.  Members volunteer to do the drawing and as the volunteers come in, the list will be made.  Each member's request will be put in, as the order they come.   And there will be a list always proved in the Monthly sticky topic of who's all in line and what months they get.

Rules for doing TMNT-L Fan Art are:

1.  Must be based off of TMNT-L  (Examples: Baxter Stockman up on a stage with TMNT-L characters/members holding up their hands asking questions.    Or Turtles standing looking at Vegas, with a Best Western sign next to them.)

2.  Keep it clean, no swearing, no nudity.

3.  Artist can only do one TMNT-L Fan Art a year.  To make sure everyone has a chance.
 
Art will be kept Sticky for the Month it's up for.   Than it'll be removed from sticky, though it'll still be an open topic for people to look through and reply too.  This message will be posted at the beginning of the Sticky each month.

This is a drawing of the Mods of TMNT-L, figured this would be a nice start off drawing for this area.   A way for people to get o know the Moderators if you don't already know them.   The group of Moderators are likely to add more and change through out the years, though as of now this is up to date.

There's Fugitoid who's not just a Moderator, though he's also the Administrator TMNT-L.   He is the one who everyone should thank for the board, he put it together, designed it, and is helping make sure everything is remaining in order.  He's putting a lot of work into this board and I'm really proud of him.  THANK YOU FUGITOID!  

Raphael is on there as well, who will be a great mod for bapping people around try to cause us trouble    And watch out for the Raphael funks  

Next is Phoenix, she's hiding in the background because I have a hard time with drawing humans.  Sorry Phoenix!!!  Be warn of Phoenix she is a Raphael in training.

Than there's Donatello, who's a wiz at being Moderator for forums.  Having worked on such forums as The Technodrome and Mikey's TMNT Forum.  So our Donny really is a Donatello.  Here to help us out, talk us through things that will be good ideas to help the board and give ideas on what to post to keep the forum moving nicely.

Next there's me... Michaelangelo...  who seems to have taken on the job of inviteing, posting a lot, and just making sure everything is going smoothly on the list.  I get a bit nosey on the behind the scenes... I think Fugitoid is going to bap me sometimes because of that... but it's just because I get curious as to how things are done.

Last but not least is Molson, he's just here to bark at people and keep an eye on things... if he's awake.

EEP almost to write about how the drawing was done and stuff... ok here we go.

This drawing took me about two days to do, it was all done in Photoshop pro.  It wasn't an easy drawing to do, infact I know there's still some fixes I could do to it... but dout I will.   Let me know what you think.

That's a great drawing there Mikey! Especially since how hard it must have been to do that with your bad arm and all. Also, that's awesome for only your second time drawing Fugitoid. You deserve a pizza party!

However, I just can't believe you included Molson. I guess I'll have to make him put aside some time in his busy schedule and post something. I just hope he doesn't become some sort of mascot for the board.

As for my part in this whole thing, all I'll say is... anything for the fans. Knowning the fans are happy to have a place like this is all the thanks I need.

And let's hear it for having such a great group of Moderators, for Michaelangelo getting them and for them graciously accepting!    Cuz I know I wouldn't even attempt to do something like this without them!

Ok Mily, you're going to be put up for Octobers artist, just make sure to read the rules.  Heh I know you're good with doing fan art of fans, so this is right up your allie.  

Thanks Fugitoid!!!    (Molson Mascot... this could work... I could get a benie to do up to look like him......    )   *attacks the pizza*  Pizza good!!!      And yeah, this was a pain in my right arm.... but it's worth it just seeing I was able to do it.  Sometimes you gotta push yourself through pain, to show that you still can do good things... just wish the pain wasn't a part of it.

This is a great idea, and I love your drawing Mikey.  I think Phoenix looks pretty cool there, I really like the flames.

I'm hoping everyone picks up on this idea and that everyone takes a chance at doing a drawing for the Month.  Right now we got more than enough members to handle a year, if everyone takes part.  

I really do like how this drawing turned out, Fugitoid is my favorite part of the drawing, he turned out so much better than I thought I would of been able to do.   Though I gotta amit I did cheat a bit on Phoenix, I mentioned how and so on at my DA account... let's just say I don't care too much for drawing humans.... oy...  so I can't take full credit for the Phoenix... esp the Phoenix force... that was deff a bit part of my cheat.

I can't wait to see what Mily does, and I'm hoping someone steps forward to take up November.  I'll like to see the list grow so we know that we're going to have art for each month.  I'm hoping we can at least keep ourselfs three months ahead (meaning I'm hoping this month we get a person for November and December as well).  If it gets down to it to where we are only keeping one month ahead, I'll have to give someone a chance to do a second TMNT-L fan art, to make sure we have someone for the following Month.  

I really don't want this to fall behind, but I also want it to be fun and have everyone who does take part in it, enjoy what they're doing.

Really nice job! I wouldn't mind volunteering. I've got a couple months Just noticed, there's no mods named after Leo! Poor guy. I bet he's insulted and off meditating somewhere about how to get even on you all

The Leonardo nick is on hold for a friend that should be registering soon.  Infact I talked to Leo yesterday.
