I'd like to see commentary, I'm a sucker for behind the scenes info.  You know that obnoxious person that will tell you "You know in this scene he actually did this..." and things like that?  Yeah that's me.  I adore useless trivia!

I do too! Commentary is great (most of the time - once in a while you get a stinker). I sit and sculpt while I listen to the commentary (since you don't actually have to be watching the movie - just look up occasionally if they mention something of interest)

I would love to see commentary and a good behind the scenes feature - mostly for TMNT 1 (since it has the best costumes) although 2 and 3 would be nice as well.

I found the game on TMNT 1 somewhat annoying. I mean it's cute the first time but once you've done it you've done it.

And does anyone else get annoyed by DVDs that list previews for other movies as "Special Features"?

Yeah I do find other movies as specail features annoying.   *sigh*  I really hope the hype of TMNT 4 will get us some real specail features on new releases.

Ooh, I loathe it when they consider previews for other movies or DVDs coming out by the company that released a movie I bought as "special features". More like blatant promotion, and half the time, the movies they advertise, are annoying and of no interest, just them trying to drum up sales for some of their not-so-great movies, at least on the DVDs I have, anyways.

I have yet to see a good chunk of preview trailers that isn't blatant promotionalism.

Oh, and along these lines, I've noticed this on a number of the 4Kids TMNT DVDs...

Putting previews and ads for other DVDs and shows on the DVD before the feature presentation on the DVD, sometimes in a way that you can't just skip through them, and you either have to sit and suffer through it, or wait for the fast forward button to work its way through the pointless and shameless ads.

I like it when, if they have to put these blasted ads on there, they allow you to just hit the "next" button and skip through it. I absolutely hate it when I try to hit "next" and it tells me that I can't skip, so I have to try fast forward. It's terrible.

If they have to blatantly promote other shows or DVDs or something, sheesh, put it somewhere other than in the "special features"('cause there's nothing special about half these stupid ads), and as a long ad trailer before the actual movie/show.

Like a section for ads and other shows, something that flat out says that it's other shows and completely unrelated to TMNT or...whatever is we're watching on the DVDs.

IMO, it's a waste of space anyways on these DVDs. I buy these DVDs for the TMNT or whatever else it is I'm watching, not to see what other stuff the company releases. Blech.

I remember watching that! Man, wish I'd thought to pop in a tape for that. And for any of the other little TV spots that they did back in the day. There were so many more that I didn't know about 'till I came online.

I have a few here and there...I've got the Oprah show somewhere around here...and if I can find the blasted tape, I did tape the Disney MGM Turtles doing a little show for the Fourth of July special. I don't watch it often or make copies often because the one VCR we had actually tried to EAT the tape at one point, and, naturally, I watched the spot all the time, so there's a little bit of an error right around Donnie's part of all things. Razz

TV spots are really sparse for me, but I did see that one, too. Don't have a copy though. *hinthint* jk. Razz

They really should throw TV spots like that on the DVDs as specails.  That would be so cool.  I really wish I could be in marketing for TMNT... I got so many ideas of what to do.  And there's so much out there that can just be grabbed up and used for it as well.

I have the TMNT movie on VHS that my cousins bought back in the early 90s, and my parents bought me the "Ninja Rap" video when the second movie was released. Unfortunately all of the specials and TMNT @ Disney were erased over by my brother... just like all my Lion King stuff... DEATH.  Katanas

I got this DVD in the Summer of 2003, first time watching the movie in a long time. Getting this DVD kind of rekindled my interest in TMNT.
