It looks like Mikey has "fallen" into good hands. Or at least those who have the ability to help him, and he'll probably help their cause, whatever exactly that is going to be. Or maybe his cause will be their cause, too. It's obvious he's getting involved based on the cover preview at the back of the issue.
Wonder if he'll get his rematch with his "lover".

Nice to see Shadow finally rescued. It's obvious who we're going to be see joining up with Shadow...
And Leo goes to the Battle Nexus...interesting. And so, Splinter did fight there, too. (Like the cartoon, only I'll guess there's some differences. But if Mikey ever gets there and becomes Battle Nexus Champion in the comic....argh! Never happen. We should be safe.

Jorut's text was amusing. Study it a wee bit and you actually could read it all. Clever!
Still....part of me is sad that there's all these different threads all over. So we just get these few pages here and there, it makes the story arcs sometimes seem like there is never going to be any resolution. They just go on and on and on....probably have to go back and reread these at one time someday. Then it will tie in better.
And that teaser panel of Don running from the cat?
Why does the expression on that cat make me think of someone we all know here who has a cat, and the stories and pictures we've seen and heard of said cat...?
And when we get to see Don transform in the new cartoon--who will be Buffer? Monster Don or Dino Raph???
