Hey all, Thanks to PG I've been watching a lot of X-Men recently. First watching the original series. It's so much better seeing this series in order back when I would try to watch it on TV I always caught like the same 10 episoides... so it seemed. Though I've been seeing a lot of ones I never saw before, including got to watch the first Phoenix saga which was really cool. Right now I'm watching one called "Savage Land, Strange Heart - Part One" this one got me to laugh a bit near the beginning. Once it comes to New York City, we're shown a building with a sign that reads "New York City Comic Con" "Fri Sat Sun" "Nuff Said!" I couldn't help but laugh, since I just went to "New York City Comic Con" though than I got a bit jealous... *G* The con in the cartoon was right outside of Central Park. I wish the one we went to was, that would mean subways near by! Hehehe Than they go into a museum... and I can't help but think of the recent episoides of TMNT seeing the Dinos.

I love X-Men. *points to her cat Gambit* I got into it when I lived with my Uncle and cousins, back when I was the biggest tomboy ever. That's also when the old cartoon started airing so it worked out rather conveniently I thought. My favorites have always been Gambit, Nightcrawler and Beast. I apparently have a thing for the blue boys... and Gambit.

I've finished watching both series all the way through and I have to amit, it's MUCH better to watch them like that. It's amazing how many episoides there was of the original series when, everytime I would catch it, there would be reruns of episoides like the one with "Lady death strike" or where they first meet "Jublie" I didn't think there was that much to that series, but wow!
Anyone haven't got the chance and find somewhere to pick it up, check these series out. Both of which are GREAT! Personally I like the original better, cause I like Gambit as a good guy, and I like Rouge a lot better in the original. Though I do like X23 and Wolvie a lot in Evloution. So both series has their very cool points!!!!!

I've always liked x-men but never got a chance to really watch the cartoons either cause i would forget or i'd see them out of order. If i could find the DVD of the cartoons to rent some where i'd love to watch them and catch up on what's actually going on.
A friend of mine is really into the marvel verse with the comics so he knows a lot of what goes on with all that.
If any one does know where to get the DVD's of the cartoon series to i can watch them, give me a hollar.

In the original series I like Rogue, Gambit, Nightcrawler and Wolvie. In X-Men E. I like Wolvie, Nightcrawler, and Beast. In the movies I like Wolvie the best, don't really know about the others. I'm going to watch X-Men 1 again this week, just got my DVD back from a friend's house.

X-Men are probably my favorite comics of all time (Mirage TMNT, once I get them, may be contenders for the title). I also like the spinoffs, especially New Mutants.
I enjoyed both the old cartoon and X-Men Evolution, although I never got why they went to HS when they lived at a school. Also Gaeta from BSG was the voice of Gambit.
